I-20被Terminated过，Reinstatement被拒，重新签证

我的情况是这样的：
我目前护照上的F-1 Visa Stamp 有效期是 2015年8月到2020年8月。
2016年9月9日 移民局收到了我的EB-5移民申请。
2017年6月23日  我的F-1 status被学校Terminated了，原因是因为我‘Failing to maintain acdemic standards’ 学校办公室当时建议我做Reinstatement 个人原因没有在这个学校选择做Reinstatement  当时没有意识到问题的严重性，直到暑假课上到一半时决定离开了当时的那个学校和城市。
2017年10月30日  中间的时间通过中介找到了一所学校愿意为我做身份恢复，移民局也在这一天收到了我的申请并给我寄了回执，之后就开始在这所学校上课并且等待结果。
2018年3月8日  移民局要求我补件并在4月10日前寄到，联系了中介，学校，以及律师帮忙但是材料最后移民局显示是在4月11日收到的。
（其中声明理由是，我因为父母闹离婚原因导致压力过大最终没能保住学生身份但是我暂时拿不出足够的证据来证明）
2018年10月4日 移民局以证据不足为由，拒绝了我的请求。并通知我在即日起33天内提交motion或者离境。
2018年11月2日 我离开了美国
2018年11月22日 我拿到了新College的 I-20
2018年12月7日 我在上海重新面签F-1第一次被拒 给的白条 具体情况记录如下

VO: Are you renewing your visa?

WL: Yes.

VO: Show me your I-20. (新College)

WL: Ok.

VO: Record shows that you have been kicked out from school, what happened?

WL: My I-20 got terminated by College A cause I ‘failing to maintain academic status’.
I wasn’t a good student and didn’t take school seriously. I was having a hard time, have no friends in A and parents are taking a fight to each other. They are taking their own side and want me to help them. I went to the school’s international office and the counselor told me to do the reinstatement. But I didn’t do that because this place gives me a lot of pressure so I decided to move to Place B because my dream school is there and B is a very nice city, it could help me a lot to continue my education plan. The School in B has a major called Interactive Design and the new College that accept me only offer Graphic Design and it still transferable, I’m taking 3 General education classes for the next semester because I have a few general education courses need to finish and I still need to see the counselor to decide which major course I should take. Because I don’t want the wrong class and I am 23 years old already, I don’t want to waste any more time. I just want to finish my education plan as soon as possible.

VO: Where are your parents? Are they in China?

WL: Yes, they are both in China. Nantong, Jiangsu. Working on their own business.

VO: Are they divorced?

WL: No, But I think the problem has been solved. (当时确实发生了此时并且也有法院的证明 也有准备材料带去面签) (VO 没有要求我出示处 I-20 以外的任何文件)

VO: Sorry, I cannot approve your Visa this time. (然后就给了白色的单子)

第一次面签准备的实属冲动，也准备的十分不充分。

现在在筹备第二次面签，不知道有没有可以提供建议的大佬帮忙？

这一段的表述实在是太混乱了, 不仅语法混乱, 而且逻辑也很混乱；
对于fail to maintain standards你只给了几个很奇怪的理由: 不够serious, 没朋友, 父母吵架；老实说这些都不是强理由, 如果我是VO, 我会希望你给出更加强力的理由, 来解释你为什么fail school. 如果这些理由就真的是你的全部理由, 那么你应该给出更多细节, 证明为什么这些其实看起来不那么重要的事情会对你造成这么大的影响直接导致学习失败?

• 不够serious不是理由, 没有人天生对学校不够serious, what's your excuse?
• 每个学校里面没有朋友的学生多了去了.
• 父母吵架这个对于美国人来说其实也是很弱的理由, 美国人独立性比较强;
  

结果你这些trivial的理由说完就没有了, 所以你的这个fail其实根本没有解释清楚；

然后提到你不愿意reinstate就是因为压力太大? 为什么一个A学校和所在的城市会让你压力太大? 完全没有解释；你父母又不是在学校里面闹离婚的；

只解释B的学校和城市是dream和nice不能解释你为什么选择换学校, 你放弃A, 选择B, 为什么A不好, 为什么B能够提供A无法提供的东西? 这些你全都没有解释；VO这时候对你的印象是心智不成熟无法单独担负自己的人生规划和留学大业, 你这里仅仅因为在A不开心就跑去B, 这个让VO觉得你仍然是一个很capricious的人;

最后一部分在说自己对于新学校的规划, 看起来显得很有plan, 但是你这种情况, 之前的硬伤failure不解释清楚, VO是不会管你对未来多有朝气蓬勃的希望的；

说到底就是硬伤没有解释清楚, 逻辑混乱.

• 这时候应该跟上一句表达这次求学不会失败因为家庭环境现在很稳定, 不会出现跟上次类似的失败；
• VO是不会主动问你要其他的材料的, 每个人带的材料都不一样, 比如你这个法院证明, VO哪知道每个申请人带来什么材料? 提交材料的机会只能你自己主动搜寻；
