F1 get cleared, F2 still pending? Anyone knows such case?

  We has the Visa interview in CHengdu on Aug 9, and my case is completed yesterday(Sep 1st), but my wife's case still pending?

  How many days shall my wife's case get cleared?

  We were told by the VO that our two visa are binded together, we should get the visa at the same time,  thank you for offering your ideas...
