The speaker claims that no field of study can advance significantly without the knowledge and experience of other areas. I strongly agree that it is necessary that knowledge and experience of other fields evolved the study of some fields. However, in some other fields, the advance need to focus on the study of this field itself.

Admittedly, in some fields, only when knowledge and experience of other fields apply to that field of study, it can make a great achievement. For example, in study of history, especially contemporary study, more and more biology technology such as gene engineer has been used in the determination of heritage. In addition, the radical element’s application can help the archeologist observe the accurate years when the antique has been made.

Firstly, for some academic study of professional fields, perhaps focusing is necessary for getting a success. In some primary subject such as mathematics, perhaps the only thing the scientist should do is focus their energy to solve one tough problem. After all, some mathematics problems need to cost one's entire life. Moreover, a few of them deserve amount of generation's efforts. Even devoting one problem is so difficult that the answer never be found, no matter divide the energy to other fields. We have seen so many scientists devote their life into one study without thinking other things even in the same field.            

Secondly, common sense and experience inform us that the key point of one scientists can be success is that the pursue and insistence for one's own field. Before one desire to get advance, he or she firstly should promise their attention not to be distracted by other fields. We also know that there are only a few people can be experts in some fields, most people lose just because they cannot make a profound study in a field.

Thirdly, there also be some drawbacks which can impede the progress of study, although there seems to be some merits, if other fields' knowledge and experience could be evolved. For example, some inaccurate or incorrect information collected from other experience and knowledge of other fields would mislead the direction of that field of study. There are so many great scientists used to be perfect, however, they made huge mistakes since be misleading by some other fields in the ending of their career. Avoid to be distorted and distracting, one should consider about whether another field’s knowledge deserve one’s energy.

To sum up, there are indeed some advantages which different knowledge and experience can bring to that field of study, sometimes even it can push a huge advancement. However, people also should consider the drawbacks of the cooperation of distinguished fields such as distracting and misleading. In my opinion, before the speaker draws this conclusion that any study can advance significantly need to the cooperation of different field's knowledge and experience, one should consider both of these benefits and drawbacks.
