【Y or N】Some people believe that people should follow their ambitious dreams and goals even they are notrealistic, others believe that people should focus on achieving realistic goals.

People hold different dreams in their lives, ambitious ones or realistic ones. As life is only once for every person, how to distribute the limited time is of great importance. Some support the idea that people should follow their dreams no matter how realistic they are while others believe more attention should be paid on achieving realistic goals. However, I am convinced of the latter because of reasons listed below.

First, achieving realistic goals brings about confidence which is indispensible in the pursuit of dreams, like career target or higher test score. For example, in the study of foreign language, setting the target of memorizing 10,000 new words within two days is ambitious but also virtually rather impossible, it may result in high pressure and losing one's self-confidence. On the contrary, if the goal turns to a more realistic one, such as mastering basic words for daily communication within two months, one will not only be capable of speaking a foreign language but also accumulate confidence for the future. Therefore, it is better for people to chase realistic dreams to avoid losing confidence.

Moreover, people with ambitious dreams have to break down their dreams into several steps first, that is to say, people need to concentrate their minds on sub-goals one by one. Without the coming true of primary basic goals, would never achieve the success of subsequent steps. Take the development of personal computers for example, the advent of ipad technology is almost unimaginable for people living decades ago, it was not realistic at all to manufacture computers without actual keyboards and mouse which also weight so light. However, by focusing on different realistic sub-goals, from touch screens to portable devices, people made it! Consequently, it is more important to focus on realistic goals which are essential for final success.

Admittedly, the majority of people may have more than one dream within their life-time. By achieving dreams which are realistic, people could have enough time to chase others resulting in experience of wonderful lives. If one wants to travel around the world with ambition, he or she may have to save money for a long period of time; as future is unforeseeable, in some extreme cases, people may even die before the money is prepared enough. Instead, if one choose the goal which is more executable, such as travelling to a new city or a foreign country, the dream may come true within a few years or even months. What's more, after achieving it, people still have plenty of time left to chase other dreams which enrich their lives to a large extent.

Although it is motivate for people to chase their ambitious dreams no matter how unrealistic they are, still, I strongly support the idea to chase more realistic ones which can lead people into colorful lives with in limited life-time.

【Y or N】It is often not a good thing for people to move to a new town or a new country because they will lose their friends.

Undoubtedly, people can seldom live in one place for a life-time. When facing the decision about whether moving to another place or not, most people would concern the stability of current social net. Some people may argue that the moving should never influence previous friendships owning to advanced communication technology such as internet. However, I would strongly support the idea that moving to a new town or a new country, in the main, would affect the connection with friends resulting in losing friends sometimes.

First, while people move to other places for the career pursuit or better lives of higher quality, their time for friends is limited. After the moving, they might get to know more friends in the new environments which cost their private time should be spend with old friends, as the result, the contact with old friends becomes gradually less indicating further loss of friendships. Before the moving, friends may meet each other at least one time a week before the moving. However, it can no longer be achieved because the only few off-work hours has to be spent with new friends.

In addition, the change of circumstances would bring about the transform of people's mind as well as the attitudes towards lives and values. Friends share the same interests and ideas which is of great importance for the relationship. Once they cannot agree with each other anymore, there might be more conflicts and disputes, not to mention the maintenance of steady relationship. Therefore, the moving may lead to severe problems and people may lose friends due to it.

Finally, it can hardly be ignored that moving to other places do impact a lot because of distance. Friends should support each other especially when they need help. After moving to a new city, people cannot show up in front of their friends immediately as before, not to mention moving to a new country. Without the company of close friends, people may feel lonely and turn to others instead.

In all, thanks to the improvement of daily advanced communication tools, people can contact each other much more convenient than before. However, people still have to consider about the risk of losing friends in the future as reasons listed above.

【Y or N】 College or University should offer students more preparation before they start working

People who oppose the idea of college graduates lacking of good preparation before entering the job market say that students should focus on academic achievement during their college lives. I would argue instead that certain career-oriented training is in urgent need for students which substantially contributes to self-knowledge, personal development, and mental health.

First, it is hard to imagine that most graduates have never received any vocational guidance at college, let alone career planning. Vocational guidance is the most important aspect of the career-oriented preparation by which students can know themselves more, because it can helps analyze personal characteristics such as strength and weakness as well as identify career interest and goals leading to a better decision when choosing a job. Therefore, graduates desperately need further guidance offered by colleges and universities.  

Colleges and universities also need to provide more opportunities for graduates to practice which make them more sophisticated and competitive before start working. For example, students who major in education, planning to be a teacher, should have the chance to practice real tutoring or teaching. Without striving in person, it is hard to learn about potential difficulties and personal shortage. Compared with others, individuals with rich practicing experiences tend to be more likely to gain the precious job opportunity in the gradually intense job competition.

Meanwhile, an increasing number of students feel puzzled when they begin to work. Compared with campus, the new environment they are entering, not long after graduation, is totally different . Unfortunately, some of them lack the ability to adjust themselves physically while others may be short of sociality ability which means incapability to getting along well with others. That is to say, after four years' study, they don't know how to deal with fresh friends and new environment. In order to solve this problem, colleges and universities have to pay enough attention to students' mental health which is certainly included in the preparation for graduates.
Only through providing better preparation, both practically and mentally, can colleges and universities cultivate really excellent talented employees for employers and the society.

To begin with, parents are easy to(可替换为tend to) worry about the child's academic achievement, especially when children(前面是child这里咋children啦 要保持一致呢) are learning a major that parents don’t understand.（可以替换为they are not proficient at） Therefore, their behaviors of urging children to finish their work or even trying to finish the works themselves（可替换为instead）这里没看懂, are in fact the release of their own anxiety, because they eager for their kids'(kids比较口语化，不太确定出现在T作文中是否合适) better achievement but can only help nothing（前面说了their behaviors of trying to finish instead 如果前文的instead在这里是这样用的话，我不赞同：Instead是副词， the behavior of trying to finish the work instead,instead之外的部分应该是完整的句子这里说can help nothing，有点矛盾呢意思是父母关心孩子是瞎操心，想尽力帮他们做事，却能力不足，没有效果）. In this case, some children, especially those lazy bones, are likely to make benefit from their parents' love and depend on their parent's help to finish their works, which definitely in contrast with（in contrast with 是与XX对比的意思，这里是想说goes against 违背吧） parent's original motivation. Therefore, it's not sensible for parents to help their children dealing with their works.
