哈尔滨的高频比较少，应该属于中频的多一些。

9月6日在哈尔滨上机作文，预定11点考试，结果10点40多就进场了，填写资料的时候还有些紧张，希望慢一些进入正式考试，到了最后一个proceed选项的时候，颇是有些破釜沉舟的意味。

不过没想到一进入issue，简直都乐开花了。两个题目都是高频题，都准备过提纲的。从中选了一道更得心应手的题目：
Issue157  “There is no such thing as purely objective observation. All observation is subjective; it is always guided by the observer’s expectations or desires.”

argument也是高频题：
Argument  163The following is taken from the editorial section of the local newspaper in Rockingham.

"In order to save a considerable amount of money, Rockingham's century-old town hall should be torn down and replaced by the larger and more energy-efficient building that some citizens have proposed. The old town hall is too small to comfortably accommodate the number of people who are employed by the town. In addition, it is very costly to heat the old hall in winter and cool it in summer. The new, larger building would be more energy efficient, costing less per square foot to heat and cool than the old hall. 没想到都是准备过的题目，答得也快，出考场的时候，比我早开始考试的人还有没出来的。呵呵，这一口气暂时是可以松一半了。
