Breakfast: one egg, one bowl of fat free milk
Lunch: rice, veg and meat
Dinner: egg&apple
In the afternoon, I drank a cup of hot drink and eat some snacks.
I think in the future I could prepare one more fruit for tea break in the afternoon otherwise I cannot go on studying...
Today I did exercises.
I attended a get-together in our community yesterday and I ate a lot during that dinner.
I can only finish 60% of the plan so I think I need a long time and tighter plan.
