背景：本科，美国一般学校，civil engineering，工作

今天轮到我发签经了，可惜是check，不过朋友都说我是应该被据的，因为移民倾向太明显
了，我已经是不容易了。现在自己很迷茫。

昨天晚上睡的不好，但是今天早上状态还可以，进使馆前突然肚子痛，呵呵。进去后在安
检处费了很长的等待时间，量体温、安检，进了大厅，觉得还不是很冷。我很快交表，觉
得听天由命吧，不要干预了。拿打红牌，本来是在9号（我觉得是小水车，放了几个），突
然和一个gg被叫到6号（高个美男）。3号大tt，7号hfmm，8号平头黑西服；9号短发男；4
小tt

面试马上开始，先是gg上的，好像问了他几个专业名词，gg不知道，美男很生气，（注意
这个高个美男好像有问专业问题的癖好）。后来听到一大堆地球、太阳、宇宙的讨论，gg
就被check了，gg看起来很高兴。

我上了……

M: nice to meet you sir, here is my card

V:so you want to go to university of XXX

M: yes, to study my phd.

V: you are working?

M: yes, i am working in XXXXXX. it is very famous top global design firm. here
is our company's global ranking and brochure.

(VO 看了几眼，我赶紧说话）

M: i have been to nearly ten countries to particpate projects and it is very g
ood experience for my developement.

V: but where is the visa? (他翻我的护照）

M:here is my passport for public affairs which indicates my overseas experienc
e.

(VO看了看，盯了一眼泰国的签证，就退回给我了）

M: here are photos taken in foreign countries. they are interesting.

V:i believe you have been to. Your salaray?

M: sixty thousand RMB if counted my bonus and subsidies. and if I come back wi
th phd, my salaray will be trippled. There are two docators working here, thei
r saraly are more than 10 thousand RMB per month.(后来觉得VO在看电脑，所以基本
没有听我说）

V: so you earn 5000 RMB per month? why you quit your job?

M: i don't quit my job my company suppor my studies.(被立即打断）

V: the funds are provided by US not your company (很气愤的指着我的I20)

M: (知道说错话了，这个support用的不好，呵呵）,sorry sir, they support my leave
study only. here is the letter from vice preident XXX.

V: open

M:(我以为他说我的letter是open的没有密封，我急了）it is not secret! just a supp
ort letter. I don't think it should be sealed.(呈现屈辱、委屈状，呵呵）

V:(笑了） you don'e want to open it and let me see?

M:(恍然大悟）of course I can open.this is a good job and I like it.

V: (很随便看了看）

M: (不遗余力的说） of course i can find senior position other companies, such
as XXX, i cooperated with them and established relationship (被打断）

V:why you chose XXX?

M: construction management program in XXX is very strong. it is the only progr
am in US with two distinguished professor they have endowed chairman title in
construction. I bring the detailes about their research and conrespondence bet
ween my supervisor and me and support letter written by my supervisor. (塞进去
，呵呵）

V: （随便看了看，说出了那个最让我害怕的问题，接下来的15分钟就变成我的演说了）y
ou can find a good job in US, you will not come back right?

M: (问了这样的问题明显不愿意让我过了,只有拼了）I can only find a junior engine
er position and if i come  back i will become a project manager to take charge
of the whole project and satisfy my appetite for success. I cooperated with A
mericans from BECHTEL, PARSONS and FLOURDANIEL, thwy told me foreigners are ha
rd to find positions especially the senior position in those US companies. So
i am a subordinate struggling for life in US but in China I am a person with d
ecent and confortable life. I will come back.……………………

VO 摇头，冷笑，我很不舒服，我知道我要被据了，必须压住，不然就没有余地了。

M: America has high salaray but live expense is also high. Chinese project man
ager enjoy very generous welfare such as appartment allocated by comany at a l
ow price. Bonus and subsidies should also be counted into their saraly.…………
………………

V: so you bank draft.

我知道他要我的银行存款单，但是我的银行存款不是很多，乱七八糟的，就没有开，所以
我装傻。

M: XXX provided me full financial aid (被打断）

V: but you should make money!

M: Ok, refer  to my work certificate and it indicates my salaraly and also I b
ring slaray tip.

V: 4000RMB? you once said 60 thousand per year!

M: it does not include my bonus and subsidies.

V: If you come back, your saraly?

M:Trippled (我以前说了，看来他是没有听到）

V: I still believe you can find good job in US because of your major.(冷笑）

M: but Chinese construction industry is booming. Because Western Development,
more and more projects are established here. China hire lots of consultants fr
om US, Canada. I am the specialist are badly needed here, so if I come back th
ere is a great development space for me.……………………

V: 摇头，冷笑

M: I have rich overseas expereience, US like other ountries is a temporary pla
ce for me ,my destination is China (被VO无情打断）

V: （指着我的DS157)but there is no a country as US! You will stay in Banglades
h for ever? (又是冷笑）

M:（我知道软肋被抓到的，本来是去过新加坡和香港的，不好说了，还是不如美国了） b
ut i have overseas expereince I know foreigner must face many hardship and can
not get high social status. We share the same experience living and working in
foreign countries. The feeling is not good, right. (诚恳状，呵呵）

V: Have you resume?

M: 我给他了，他没有怎么看。我看到他在DS156的reject上划圈了，我知道还是完了。

M:why you reject me? (气愤状） i am not a liar, I told you the truth.

V: (提高嗓门） i don't reject you! I trust you! last minute I don'e give you v
isa, but now I want to give you. So you should be happy your should smile. But
you cannot hope to get it now. Your material will be sent to Washington and f
our weeks later I will call you.

M:(我挤出了很难看的笑容）,thank you for your trust, but my major is Civil Engi
neering, is not sensitive.(诚恳状，但是VO不会改变决定了）

V: that is not subject to you! Four weeks

M: 忘了是不是说谢谢了，看到他扣下了我的resume。然后他给了我著名的兰条，其实不是
兰条，是兰绿的一页纸，写了一些条款。看到护照被盖了received的章，check多了一个手
写的G。

就这样自己也被check，估计是我的那些乱七八糟的经历太复杂了，呵呵。后来回来看到今
天water resource的也被check了，看到civil被列入敏感专业，才恍然大悟，faint！

真的觉得很累，出来后，后面的朋友说，看到我真是能说，分析分析，我这样的专业，移
民的倾向是比science的大！最后的结果是我自己争取的，不知道要check多久，暗暗祷告
！

我觉得我的经验就是不到最后一刻不要放弃！VO说最后一分钟还不愿意给我签证，但是我
没有放弃，无论他怎样表现对我的不信任，我还是说，说，说！当然，非常感谢他给我说
的机会，没有马上据了我。所以大家也要有信心，要勇敢的表现自己！我大概自己说了很
多，我都回忆不起来了，越说越激动的样子。后来VO连回国计划也没有问。我们争论的就
是美国工作的问题。真是累呀，又是很惊险。

觉得签证形势不是很好，F1已经很多了，也没有看到多少过了呀。周围都是被据签的xdjm
，心里非常的不舒服！无言，无言，无言！！！
