[求助] ETS给我寄信说我的托福成绩可能要取消，为什么呢？ [复制链接]

昨天我收到了一封来自ETS的航空信，信件内容如下：
Dear Ms ___:
I am writing concerning the December 12,2009 Test of English as a Foreign Language(TOEFL)Internet-Based Testing(iBT).As explained in the Information and Registration Bulletin for TOEFL IBT,you were advised that Educational Testing Service(ETS)is obligated to report test scores that accurately reflect the performance of test-takers.Accordingly,ETS routinely reviews circumstances.We advise all test takers that scores may be canceled if there is a discrepancy in a test taker's identification.You agreed to these policies and procedures when you registered for the test and when you completed the Confidentiality Statement on the day of the test.
I am writing to advise that the test scores issued in your name for the December 12,2009 have been canceled.We have taken this action because the documents and photos submitted from the test day identifying you in our files are inconsistent.Therefore,we are unable to verify that these scores represent your work.
A copy of the notice sent to recipients of your scores is enclosed for your reference.You may contact me directly at write to me via air mail.should you have any questions in this regard.

大概就是要取消我在2009年12月12日的托福成绩，我是在南京师范大学的考点上午十点那场考的，我想问问各位有没有遇到跟我相同的情况的？

不是说可能取消，是已经取消。原因是你考试当天使用的身份证明文件和照片与ETS存档上你的文件/照片（应该是你注册时使用的身份/照片）不符合，ETS因此认为无法确认当天去考试的你就是注册去考试的那个你。你是不是考试当天用的不是你注册的证件？如果是同样的证件，那多半是考试当天的照片和你证件照片差别太大。

赶快写信给这个写信给你的人，问他怎么做才能证明你就是你。

可是我那天去的时候有一个人用那种机器进行身份证的信息确认，已经说是本人了啊，怎么可能出现这种情况呢？太不可思议了！

考场的人说了不算。ETS保留对收到的所有考生信息的最后审核权。尤其是照片。

如果你能回到考场拿一个confirmation说当天确认的你的身份是什么（证件号码，生日，照片，越具体越好），可以作为核对的，会有帮助。否则没办法知道到底是哪个环节的信息出了问题。重复一次：赶快回信给写信给你的人，问他ETS根据什么信息认为你的身份有问题（虽然不一定会回答），最重要的是，要如何做才能重新确认你的身份。现在的重点不是为什么会出现这个事件，而是怎么解决这个事件，尽量争取把你的分数要回来。
