The life of human beings has been better and better from the beginning of the society, four or five thousands of years ago, our ascenders do not know to use fire to make food delicious, they can not prevent them from rain, snow, and other dangerous things (for examples, the wilds, diseases and so on), two or three years ago, many tools and technologies have been devised and found to strengthen our forebears, they can get food by various ways, including haunting, cultivating and so on. There are many kinds of medicine and techniques to help them when they were ill, the life of them is better than people lived in prior time. In modern society, there are so many tools and technologies that our life and work have been so convenient and comfortable, for instances, we have been liberated by computers from the enormous data and pieces of information, we also see movies and watch TV programs when we want, mp3 or mp4 or mp5 can give us good music, when there are more and more new apparatuses devised, the life of the human beings has been more comfortable, so we can conclude that these tools and technologies help us to deal with the tasks that we must complete.
But it is obvious that we have been weaker and weaker because of these inventions, for examples, we can not run fast because of advanced vehicles (bus, car, plane, rocket, and so on), we are very uncomfortable without them, a good instance, lights, which are invented approximately one hundred years ago, can make us working, reading, writing, and calculating in the night, we are very happy when there are many lamps in the darkness, but almost all people can make a assumption that when there is no light in the life, what about our life? It is sure that the life of human beings will be in chaos. And when there is no computer, many tasks will be deferred. So it is seemed that the people may have been truly weaker than before.
But we have been stronger than our descendants in fact. It takes them more than one year to travel from Europe to china long ago, and in modern world, people can visit every place within twenty-four hours. When there is some thing important happened, we can get the news at once because of internet. A lot of dangerous tasks will be completed without persons, because there are many kinds of robots.
Now it is sure that the life of human beings has been very convenient and comfortable, the luxuries and conveniences of contemporary life are entirely harmless, and there are many persons who think that they actually prevent people from developing into truly strong and independent individuals, but the people can not be weaker than before, because we can not spend much more time and money to deal with the problems of our life, which can bring us unnecessary waste.
So in my opinion, the luxuries and conveniences of contemporary life are necessary for the people who live in the modern world.

We can usually learn much more from people whose views we share than from people whose views contradict our own; disagreement can cause stress and inhibit learning.
The most important thing in the life of human beings is the communication with others, and one of the most fundamental things in history is the communication with other people, other countries and other nations. The best evidence of this viewpoint is the languages, a milestone of the development of the society. In the life of all people, there are many friends, classmates and relatives; we want to get their proposals when we meet troubles, and when we are very happy.
In the Chinese history there are many kings, a part of them are excellent ones, and a part of them are bad ones, but it is sure that every king want to get proposals from the people who are around him, the difference between excellent kings and bad kings is their opinion for the advices from the persons around them. These advices are so important that there is a great role for them in the policies of the whole countries. But it must be clear that which proposals are we need？

It is sure that every one in the world who is like to learn some things from people whose views we share, when our appointments are agreed on by others ,we can be very happy and self-confidential, it is probable that our views are valuable and beneficial for other persons, in ancient china, every king wanted to be a excellent king, but at their end, many of them had been a bad ones, there is an important reason that they loved to get agreement from the people who were around them for their views.
In fact, we can usually learn much more from people whose views contradict our own we share than from people whose views we share; although disagreement can cause stress and inhibit learning, but disagreement from other people usually make us to judge our viewpoints two or more than two times, and then more things can be realized. It is sure that almost all of people do not want to hearten the views contradict our own, but these points are more useful for us, in ancient china, there is a famous words, you are clear when you can get many kinds of information and you are donate when you can get only a kind of information, although in modern world the people can do it from many paths, but it is sure that the communication with others is essential. There may be a lot of persons who have the opinion that the views contradict their own can cause stress and inhibit learning, these feelings are common places in the life of every body, but it is necessary that we refrain the bad interaction for the learning, the objective realization is need.
So the view above is false, the right one is “we can learn much more from people whose views contradict our own, disagreement may cause stress and inhibit learning, but it can make us objective and show more different aspects, further more, there may be more ways to solve the problems in our life.

Competition is ultimately more beneficial than detrimental to society
Every thing will be beneficial and detrimental to society and the people, the most important thing is how we can be ultimately more benefited. For example, the modern industries make our life convenient and comfortable, but the pollution resulted from modern industries is detrimental to the whole nation, further more, the human beings, so many laws and standards will be acted and many more advanced technologies is generated to decrease the pollution, in other words, the modern industries are necessary, but the environment must be protected.
There is long history for many countries in the world, further more, the human beings. The history is very wonderful; a most important reason is competition, which is obvious in all perspectives. From beginning of the society, there is competition in all domains. For examples, in china, every student is taught to be more excellent than others in all respects, because there are more chances for the excellent students after their graduation. In the world, there are many countries which do their best to prevail their opponents for the land; power, status, resource, and so on, the armies and technologies for military are obvious evidences of this viewpoint. In the life of us, when some one want to buy something, for example, a car or a cell phone, there are many famous brands of cars and cell phones in the world, it is sure that there is enormous competition among these companies. Every enterprise wants to be better than others in almost aspects, technologies, service, price, and so on, because this competition is very important for their subsistence. It is sure that the competition will be lasting for ever. Every person can not avoid to be related to the competition in the life.
But it is a bad thing for both of the whole nation and the people in the country when there is no law or standard which is used to circumscribe the competition. Because the competition in this form will lead to monopolization, and the monopolization may result in high prices in the end. While as it is very bad for the people. It is same that the unfit competition between two parties will lead to the monopolization for the power, it is sure that a government which is constructed by one party without opponents in the country could result in monopolization in power, and the monopolization could give the civilian in the country enormous tribulation, the most obvious instance is the war between two parties in china before 1949, in fact, the winner in the war will be dominant in government in china, this is very rotten for civilian, there is another example, the company whose products are needed by the people in society, this enterprise will monopolize the demands when it is dominant in competence with other companies, the high prices could appear and it is very bad for other persons in the nation, so it is sure that we must protest the competence and refrain competence by laws and other standards.
