Answer:
Education tries to gain the ideal condition of the ' equal start' ,which is perhaps the assumption hidden behind the statement that a nation should require all of its students to study the same national curriculum until they enter college. It is true that in order that  students acquire nessecery knowlege for the college so that faculties in college can construct curricula  that fit everyone, a nation needs to establish same curriculum of certain fields, such as official language, mathmatics and sience. However, apart from the three core curriculum, others should be devised by local shools for the preservation of local culture and language. In addition, different curriculum can promote comptetion between rigions, promoting educational innovation.
