讨论后思路：
Whether college students should consider only their own talents and interests or base their choice on the availability of jobs in that field when choosing a field of study depends on the career aspiration of the students.
If a student wants to be a scholar or professor in academic fields, he should consider his talents and interests as well as the availability of jobs when choosing the field.做academic research需要talent & interest，从而进行创新;同时也需要考虑到就业状况，保证目标的可行性。
If a student wants to start his own business, he can only consider his talents and interests when choosing the field but need not to consider the availability of jobs in that field.创业者可以根据自己的偏好进行，自己创造就业机会，不必考虑就业状况。
As for the student who needs to be a wage earner before he can follow his interest, he should base his choice of a field of study on the availability of jobs in that field.由于经济原因首先需要获得工资的学生，必须首先考虑工作的就业难易程度。

感想：
注意对创业者群体的讨论，他们是不用考虑就业状况的样本。

The choice on the field of study has great impact on the future life of the student, both in universities and after graduation. While a good job is the end goal for most students, the job availability should not be a major consideration when students choose a field of study. Only a field, which can rouse the interests of students and make their talents fully used, will bring students enjoyable lives in universities and a bright career after they graduate.

From the perspective of social development, various talents should be put at right places rather than being crowded into fields where there are most jobs. The society can't be full of lawyers, doctors, and engineers. We also need talents on sociology, philosophy and literature.
