岗位职责：
1、负责机器人（无人叉车）在客户现场的施工、调试、故障排查、客户培训等工作；
Responsible for the deployment, debugging, troubleshooting of AGV forklift and provide training to customers onsite;
2、负责机器人（无人叉车）在客户现场运行情况的跟踪、记录和总结，并定期向项目经理汇报；
Track, record and summarize the operation of AGV forklift at the customer's site, and regularly report to the project manager;
3、协调机器人（无人叉车）的售后维保工作；
Coordinate after-sales maintenance work;
4、负责机器人（无人叉车）的演示工作；
Responsible to present robot (unmanned forklift) demonstration
5、负责维护现场客户关系，及时反馈有效客户信息；
Responsible to maintain customer relationship, and timely feedback effective customer information;

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机电一体化或机械类、电气自动化、电子工程类专业毕业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechatronics or mechanical, electrical automation, electronic engineering
2、有电气自动化行业从业经验和FAE工作经验者优先；
Experience in electrical automation industry and FAE is preferred;
3、具有AGV或叉车售后维护工作经验者优先；
Experience in AGV or forklift after-sales maintenance is preferred
4、熟练使用CAD、solidworks和Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件；
Proficient in CAD, Solidworks, Excel, Word, PPT and other office software
5、性格开朗，良好的沟通能力及处事应变能力，具有较好的客户服务意识；
Cheerful personality, good communication skills and adaptability, excellent customer service awareness.
