Have you experience the condition that you met a difficult problem but have nothing to do with it? Have you feel the excitement when the fire of wisdom flashed though your brain and everything can be easy to solve? Have you ever trapped in the old thought to deal with the things confronted but finally found out that it was useless for the solution to the problem. If you have unusual experience, it is not hard for you to accept the decision made by myself personally that being creative is the same important as planning carefully. Creation lets you open up new ways to solving the problem, and well planning means that you will reduce the chance to make mistakes

Almost for sure, without creation and imagination, it is hard for you to proceed in most case, especially when exploring a new field. For example, as a scientist, creation and invention is the first thing that they should consider. If they explore the unknown world only as the previous people do, how can they handle the new situation? As a student, we are inventive and have the ability to image the whole world of us own. But what happens when creation is not needed? When everything has been prepared for us and only just do it? Our brain will become more and more lazy, our creative impulse will be robbed and think everything with the old method, which cannot catch up with the development of society. So we should pay more attention to creation whenever and wherever we are.

Though it is necessary for us to be creative every time, is that enough, if we want to accomplish the duty with high efficiency?
No, planning carefully is also required. When we are involved into a complicate question, it is hard for us to get out and easy to do something wrong. So in this case, a good plan can give you a clear understanding of where you are, what thing you have not done, and how to do next. With the aid of plan, most difficulties will be easy to cut down. So in many big company, the annul plan, the month plan or even a daily plan is strictly provided.

As far as I am concerned, it is not a question about which is more important, creation or plan. What we need is a good balance between them. Creation is just like a sword for us to solve problem, and carefully plan provide the direction of fight. Hence, we should combine them and accomplish the problem efficiently and readily.

个人认为你行文的逻辑还不够清晰，很多语句组织的有些混乱，通篇看完不是很清楚你写了什么。有待提高啊～!
