我出国有几年了，读完本科还要读研，但是本科成绩不好，雅思过了两年现在又要考了，口语听力都没问题，一写东西就傻了，什么也不会了。希望好心人能帮我改改作文帮助我提高。

In many countries today insufficient respect is shown to older people.
What do you think may be the reasons for this?
What problems might this cause in society?

Older people are more likely to be ignored in many regions of the world in 21 century. It is said this may cause of that the younger generations are lack of moral values, and during the revolution in society, the relationship between generations become more and more weak.

As can be see, the distance between rich level and working class are significant in many developing countries, such as China, India and many Middle East countries. People pay more attention on how to make money rather than education of the young generations. In this case, when the kids grow up, they don’t have, or lake of moral values to pay respect to the elders, and soon the elders will be ignored.

The situation happens in developed countries as well. However, compare with the reason of less education, the change of social structure is more likely another reason lead to the less attention to elders. In western countries, some elderly people haven’t been found that had dead in their home, until several months later, when labors found there is a strange smell. Now days, the new business method allow people running their business remotely, they can make money while stay at home. This bring a lot of advantages to citizens especially who living far from the city centre. However, every coin has it two side, the negative side of this is, the communication between people become more and more weak in real, and finally elders can’t follow the developing step, they will be forgot by the society.

To sum up, the less attention to elders is not only problems to older people, but also to everyone who living in the world, it may cause of education weakness in developing countries, or the new social structures in developed countries. However, no matter in what reason, this issue will bring many negative effects to the society, such as less communication, unrest of social, or may lead the war, it has to be mentioned.

Polisci读博硕士选择

目标最后polisci读博 CEU econ waiver了学费 polisci学费要自己出感觉有些贵了（感觉花这些钱不如直接去Bocconi 学费交的有点不甘心）Bocconi好处是title大就业作为退路也好一点但是不知道ess是否适合申请polisci以及placement怎么样 ceu的polisci很好但是给的钱太少想请了解的朋友们投个票

欧洲生物统计比较

本人计划2025spring去欧洲读生物统计硕士，目前在准备这两个项目的申请：莱顿大学的Statistics & Data Science，瑞士的苏黎世大学Biostatistics。计划以后在欧洲的药企做统计师，如果硕士找不到工作，可以考虑继续读生物统计的博士。有移民打算。苏黎世的项目一年半，可以选一个30学分的辅修，学费很便宜，一年才几百法郎，但生活费比较贵，而且难留下来。莱顿的项目两年，学费比较贵，一年要21000欧左右，但比瑞士好润。
