Although at this time I do not have any research funding to support you, it may be possible for you to receive a Graduate Teaching Assistantship (GTA) open to new incoming PhD students, which would cover your tuition and pay you an $18,000 USD stipend for the first year, and possibly for a second.  The GTA position would require that you work 20 hours a week, assisting in teaching of undergraduate courses (likely in acoustics).  Would you be interested in such an offer? 不知道这个钱是除了学费剩下的吗？在那边够不够花？还有TA这样子在那边生活是个什么状态？累不？
