    I agree with the speaker that it is something necessary. For my
own scene, there's a common view about the public:"It's harder to
prevent the people to talk than prevent the river got across the
mountain."That's the problem about the country, public, and
government.
    Sometimes you'll do something more currently, if you don't have to
take time to explain the reason of your things which you do. Or let's
think about the scene for what I'll say next.
    As we know, it's a not totally peaceful world, there's so many
things happened accidently that you can't review, even when it crash
out and enter the public's life, you can't do anything just beg the
God's mercy and show the marvel to your people. These things are
include Terrorism crush, natural disaster, and so on. We can't prevent
"the possibility" to the absolute zero, even though we can do
something that help to reduce the cost we'll suffer to the minimum we
can.
    From the time we'll do these things to the disaster's happen, it's
better to withhold information from the public, and it's helpful to
keep the silence of public, meanwhile, even if you have the best team
to report the information about disaster, you can't say it'll happen
every time you've totally prepared ,to spread to the people.
    Secondly, without the huge number of bad news that you can't
certain its realism, as a common people, I think your life will be
more colorful. For the leaders, it's the duty to confirm and rank the
importance of information, received from your institute like FBI. Just
think about it, if you were president Obama, your FBIs and CIAs will
send the information that it's so huge that you can’t imagine. Is it
necessary to know these things? I think it's not a good idea.
    These are the two issue we can imagine or consume, which will
happen in our government' working time. I think it necessary even
desirable, for political leaders to withhold information from the
public, that is what I think about the issue.
