According to this statement, the author proposes to points: firstly, the way people look, dress and act reveals their attitudes and interests.; Secondly, one
can know a society's ideas and values by
observing their people's appearance and behavior. As far as I am concerned, I fundamentally agree with the former assertion and partially disagree with the later view.

No doubt, sometimes the way people look; dress and act represent their career standing and cultural background. For example, The Arabia women need to wear something to conceal their face as a traditional punctuality. Actually, there are many restricts on people with different cultural as well as in different conditions. As we know that in social party, we need to wear uniform and cannot speak loudly, this is represented of the classes. By contrast, the people who wear dirty clothes and ungentle is always be considered as a poor.

Also, the people's look, dress and act can indicate the people's interests to some extent. The individuals who like wearing sport-clothes seem (单三问题) much more like sports and who care more about the fashion and style are always the young person. Hence, sometime we can find out a person's interests from their look, dress and act. For instance, the diplomat has much more communication ability than others and the actors are more active than others. On the other hand, if we want to realize a person deeply, we need though more talks and cooperative expericence. Otherwise, we could not evaluate a person deeply in a hurry.

However, the society's ideas and values seem cannot hastily be considered that can be easily represented by individuals' appearance and behavior. when comes to the society, there are so much facets need be weigh as a result
to respect the society as a whole.
Individuals' appearance and behavior is just a aspect, which cannot respect the economic, politics and culture comprehensively. As far as we know that some Asian countries' young person are tend to choose western culture in contemporary society. Such as having the Charismas Day and eating western fast food. Nevertheless, it not means they have already change their habits and believes. Actually, most time they obey their own cultural standpoints and traditional culture even though he looks much more like the western people.

From what has been discussed above, we may come to the conclusion that the way people look, dress and act may reveals their attitudes and interests to some extent, however; the society's ideas and values cannot be easily represented and understood, which need more research on their economic, politics and culture.
