Form a poll of 200 charitable organizations, the author found that religious group gains the highest donation rate, while educational institutions gained the lest donation rate. So the author concludes that people are less willing to donate money to educational instituations. In addition, the author concluds that the reason why educational institutions receives lest donation rate is that educational institutions are less in need of donations than are other kinds of institutions.

However, the analysis in this report
is insufficient to support it's conclusion.
Firstly,in this poll, the author provide 200 chritable organizations, and they are invided into three groups: religious group, environment group and educational group. However, we do not know whether the number of each group are equal. If there are more religious group and less educational group, it is natural that the education group receives the lest donation of money. And it is not curious that religious group receives the largest donation of money.

Secondly, according to the report, education group received the smallest percent of donation (3 percent) in last year, but it is unconvincing to use one year statistics to get the conclusion that education groups need lest money amomg other groups. Why religious donation take the highest percentage in last year? Was there a big ritual ceremony held last year?  How about donation rates in last five years?or ten years？ To make sure the result scientific, data collected only from one year is not enough. To convince me, the author have to provide donation rate in a long period as some accident reason may influence the research result. For example, maybe there was a natural desaster last year in this place, so peolpe donate much more money to religious groups and environmental groups than beore.

Thirdly, there is a logical mistake in this report. Even education received the lest donation among other two groups last year in 200 charitable organization, that did not meant the donation to education is the lest.
Because the donations for education from charitable organization do not represente all the donations to educational group. Some companies may donate money directly to universities and other schools. Besides, government will also supply a large mount of money to education system every year. I this way, it is unfair to say education need the lest money only based on donation rate from charitable organizations.

In sum, the analysis is insuficient as it stands. To strengthen it the author must assure me that among the 200 haritable organization, the number of each kind of group are in equal, the collected data are not limitaed in one year. Besides, the author should also consider that whether the donation rate for education from charitable organizations is representative, as besides charitable organization,education system also recieve
donations from other organizations, privates and even the government.
