Dear Mr. Clifford:
This is Eric writing from 34 Ian St, Balwyn in Victoria. My family rent the house from you a week ago since we arrived to XXX.

I am writing this letter to inform you that there some issues regarding with the furnitures which my parents and me are not quite satisfied. I am aware of the fact that you are eager to rent this house but at least you can do is wait the decoration to be completed. When we first moved in the house, nasty smell from the oil paint was filling with the entire house and some of the furniture painting  were not even dry out. Most importantly, we are not able to use the cabinet and kitchen as we find that the so called cabinet is actually a box with nothing in it and the kitchen with oven missing. Beyond that, there are many detail work needed to be done here such as the two legs chair and the big whole bed.

Therefore, would you please be kind enough to come to the house so i can show you the terrible conditions and work out how to solve these problems? I would also like to inform you that we would like to have the $500 dollors penaty for breaking the contract immediately and we won't pay any of the retal charge until everything is fixed. Otherwise, we have no choice but to report the situation to the local authority which may incur higher penalty as you might notice already.

Please contact us on XXXXXXXXX before 10th October to arrange the date for visiting and I would mostly appreciately your concern.

The variety of people, the sparking ideas creted by people with different opinions makes the world colourful. Likewise, in this world, there is no single rule for everyone about how to educate their children. Otherwise, people will grow up uniformly which has only negative impact to the society.

Everyone wants to be a good parent for his child, but let us define good first. What is good for the children? Is it excellent education and career path? Is it health mind and body? Is it the life-time of happiness? Or it is too greedy to have them all? Individuals tend to have different interpretation for the word "good", therefore, the education for their children will not be the same and it leas to the doubt, how could schools to educate partent to act "good" while they could not provide a perfect definition for it? Hence, it leads to the conclusion that it is impossible for schools to do that.

In the aspect of the entire society, different education levels, variety of personalities are required for the changing occupations. Despite the difference, the most important of all is that people should be energetically and optimistically towards to daily work and solve problems with positive attitudes. These are the kinds of life philosophy should be taught to their children. whereas all of which hve already be taught to people by the education and the society. Therefore, there is no point to create the subject for the parenting only.

Although the general subject for parenting is not required to educate all the yong parent, school should provide subject dealing with special issues such as nutrition and health, growth with sports which could provide knowledge to parent have particular needs to ensure the health growth of their children.

To sum up, variety of the society should be maintained with the help of vareity of people. We need to appreciate the difference between individuals as well as the different parenting methods. By doing which, the society and family would receive healthy development as a whole.
