题目：ISSUE17 - "There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."
提纲：
1  首先认为社会需要法律，这样才能保证一个给人们安稳的生活环境。
2 但是社会中还是会出现一些不公正的法律，这事因为利益的问题，造成了公正的评定标准出现了问题，举例：马丁路德金反抗黑人歧视的运动。
3  然而马丁的胜利证明了为追求真理的而战斗和反抗的人们，往往是得到胜利，科学界正是如此：达尔文的进化论难以接受，以及爱因斯坦相对论对于经典力学的矛盾。
4  但是任何法律和规律都有自己的意义和解释，即合理的法律和规律人们要加以遵守，不合理的法律和规律，人们要勇敢提出挑战。
5  总结对于法律的遵守和学术理论的承认是社会和学术界稳定的重要前提，但是人们要有敢于挑战权威的勇气和决心，追求真理和自由的人们永远是最后的胜利者。





According to the statement, every individual should obey just laws and disobey unjust laws or even resist them. The unjust laws don’t mean that they are unjust, but the criterion of the just or unjust is the benefit.
Admittedly, most of us can't deny the fact that to obey the laws is the rights and duties of every individual in modern society. A reliable society needs laws to restrict people's behaviors and actions and laws can protect people's benefits and rights. So every government sets many kinds of laws and principles to ensure their domination.
However, why are there some unjust laws that some individuals should disobey or resist? Because the unjust laws protect the rights of the small amounts of people so that they may think that the unjust laws seemed to be “justifiable”. Thus other peoples’ benefit may be violated by these small groups and then they may resist the unjust laws.
As an illustration, the discrimination and segregation of Black people in American had been lasting for hundreds of years. Before the laws amended, a black man had to set room for white mans; a black child had no rights to go to school; a black woman can not marry with white man and so on. Until to 1963 Martin Luther King launches the civil movements and nonviolent protest, this action abolished the slavery and changed some unjust laws.
In addition, from the famous events, we may conclude that although many white Americans damage the benefit of Black Americans, Martin Luther King won the “war” and the humanity is justifiable all the time. The final victory belongs to the man who fights for the true maxim and humanity. This position is not only acceptable in social fields but also in academic fields. Consider other fields like biology; we know the theory of the natural selection founded by Darwin. The process of the exploration is hard and difficult, at the same time; the common people didn’t accept his theory. At last, the theory of natural selection becomes one of the most important theories in science history. Thus, new theories are always born from the fighting against the “just laws” in the current. Also, we know the Big Three theory of Mechanics, Newton set the theory to dominate the fields of Mechanics and every other aspect of classic physics should obey these three theories. However, Einstein broke this traditional opinion so that he established a new theory---Relativity which has been considered as the new epoch of the theoretical physics.
However, no matter what kinds of laws or principles, they have their all meaning and explanations. Sometimes, unjust laws can be seemed to be justifiable after subtle change. Thus a law which can ensure the reliability and prosperity of society and other aspects is the best law.

In sum, to obey the laws is the obligation of human who live in a modern society, and it upholds the order of the society. Nevertheless, the desire for new thoughts and freedom lead to the new thoughts and progresses. So human should fight against traditional laws and unjust laws to get true maxim and freedom.
