To solve the problems present and future is it necessary to understand the past

The reason why people devote in study history such as incidents happened in the past is trying to predict and assist in evaluate the current and future problems. However, it is not the only way to solve current and incoming problems, and lots of newly emerging issues need ingenious and original consideration.

Many problems could be solved better if they are deliberately studied in previous cases because these problems embrace common characters which would not be changed by times. For instance, social problems in humanity and ethic are common and persistent in human life, without respect of development of technology and education. Many ways to inhibit and punish criminal such as prison, fine and re-education are originated from predecessors. Besides, the current avenues in dealing with the war are also derived from warfare many years ago. For example, negotiation worked as a final solution of the war in World War I and World War II is still utilized and improved in disposing conflicts between Middle Easter countries. In all these cases, one of the best methods to solve current and future problems is to carefully learn from previous experiences.

Nonetheless, a myriad of problems appearing nowadays can not be solved in correspondent with research in previous similar cases, since these issues are not available in past. People centuries before never experience the damage caused by global warming such as increasing fever and sea level. Hence, no one can deal with these environmental issues by simply studying the past. Actually, many new technologies like electric power vehicles and new measures as international cooperation are applied in solving the negative effects attributed to the global warming.

Furthermore, possible problems which may be generated in future are so vague that it is extremely hard to find any corresponding case in past. In fact, investigation and exploration in outside space is too tentative to predict any sort of problems capably emerged. No one could assert that it is safe in space regardless with disease and aliens. Even if there may be suitable planet for human kinds to live, the ensuing problems such as security, ownership and healthy are not so easily annihilated because there is no such kind of precedents existing.

Fever这个词以前也是没有听过还能说全球变暖，一般都是说temperature。因为月初听潘基文做报告的时候讲到了全球变暖，他就是用的fever这个词，所以搬来用用。
