IBT Zeal Cancer巨蟹座

With the popularity of computer and Internet, a-(an) increasing number of people begin to be attracted by computer games. At the same time, more and more people in the society, especially parents and teachers, worry about the impacts of computer games on children. Although computer games can help students completely relax and release their study pressure, in my point of view, they are still a kind of wasting precious time and even have adverse effects-good on children.

The first reason to support my point is that children who are lack of the ability of self-control are much easier to abandon themselves into computer games. When (children are) be attracted by the vivid and dazzling??不合适吧,colorful world, homework and obligations will be ignored. Education is important to juveniles because hey can not only get the basic knowledge and skill of(for) survival in the future but some vital spirits like persistence, honesty and diligence. This is a process of socialization which makes sure children will make contributions rather than (being) crimes in the future. Unfortunately, computer games deprive them from education without consciousness. Once they realize, they may encounter horrible problems such as unemployed or committing crimes. Thus, it is unjustifiable to allow children(to) spend their classes and homework time on computer games.可以解释下玩游戏怎么就犯罪了??哪些游戏导致的??

What’s more, the content of many computer games are harm for the development of children. Computer games are always full of violence and sex factors which should not be reached by children. The best university in our country published a study recently which showed people who were often exposed to violent scenes are more likely to express violence when they became adults.这个观点不如放上面解释犯罪了 This research illustrates the adverse effects of violence computer games and the unpredictable results in the future. Hence, it is not only a kind of wasting time but also damaging the pure hearts of our children.9 z( |: e% ?7 d" y+ R2 y1 v
这2段大概意思都是一样的, 表达的基本一个意思.
To sum up, I totally agree with the claim above.可以再说下你的观点是什么, 这样多少确切些 Because computer games, as I argued above, consuming prime time of children and hinder the development of them.

我这次写的特别没有感觉,真的特别不好,评我的同学忍受一下吧。
1012作文
Most people view success in their career as the goal of their life and also believe that getting university education is the most important factor for their success. To get access to success, people should possess many characteristics, including outstanding professional abilities and excellent spiritual qualities. All of these can be informed in universities. So my opinion is that university indeed plays the vital part in people’s career success.

To support my point, I’d like to list several reasons. Firstly, universities provide professional knowledge to students which is the fundamental part of their career. Realistically, students need both practically and theoretically knowledge in their future career. Let’s take an example. For business students they must learn the practical experience of precedence which may avoid them making the same mistakes, at the same time, theoretical knowledge which concluded by economics may also educate them with primary principles that contribute to their further success. On the contrary, people without such advanced knowledge will be easier to encounter troubles and make detours for he was never taught how to avoid mistakes and get success. And now, it reminds me millions of great people get success due to their college education: Marie Curie, Albert Einstein, Larry Page, you name it. With abundant professional knowledge, got in universities, people will undoubtedly apply them into their practical work and therefore gain success.

Also, universities besides beneficial knowledge cultivate necessary spirits which are also significant. If success is the fruit of a tree, then knowledge is fertilizer giving it required nutrition, and good spirits are sunshine proving energy and power. Good qualities, such as diligence, persistence and confidence, are as important as their practical information. “Success is one percent of genius and ninety nine percent of perspiration.” Edison’s great words is illustrated by his own life—depending on his insistence and diligence, after thousands of failure, he finally invented electric lamp and opened the door of his successful career. Universities, combining materialism and idealism, emphasizing on science and good qualities, lead students to truly success.

There is no denying that many other factors are also important to success, like financial strength as well as luck. However, it is university education that the most important factor for success. Due o gaining great achievements in their career, people have to get two decisive characteristics: the excellence professional ability and indispensible qualities. It is university that cultivates these two fundamental factors and therefore nothing can replace its major role in success career.

1013作文
I cannot agree with the assertion above that modern parents don't understand their
children as parents 50 years ago. As far as I am concerned, parents of our time are
actually, on the opposite, know their children much more than their predecessors did. To
know better about this topic, we must completely compare the social climate of modern city and 50 years ago.

First of all, social values have changed much compared with 50 years ago. There is no
denying that the development of technology, besides material achivements, also altered
many of our internal values, such as our opinion to cohabitants, to homosexuality, as well
as the way we view and treat children. In the previous time, adults always hold the
steadfast view that their children must obey their orders and resistance was restrained
even spelt punishment. However, for modern people, it is deemed to be unjustifiable
especially in developed countries and cities. Instead of blaming and punishing, present
parents prefer to encourage their children and attempt to understand their true emotions
which is the best way of education. In reality, oppression and depression lead to
unexpectable effects to childen. Psychologically, long time oppression of people's true
feelings results in adverse consequence, like lack the ability communication, lack self-
confidence, and even hard to achieve success in future career. A increasing number of
people have realized this fact, therefore, more and more parents changed their
conventional notion of education into a healthier and scientific way. Moreover, youngsters
are viewed owning the same rights with adults, which means they've been emphasized by the society.

Another important factor contributing to parents' understanding could be the added ways
of communication which also due to the development of technologies. Telephones, instant
message, online chat, all of this help communication between children and parents. For
instance, a real story published in the latest newspaper says that a wonderful mother
secretly becomes her daughter's net friend. The mom's purpose is to completely acquire the original feelings of her daughter, concerning her attitude to study, to friends, as well
as her to parents. This example strongly illustrates my point that modern parents know
more about their children with the help of developed technology.

To sum up, advanced values fundamentally allow parents to communicate more with their
children. In addition, technology give more opportunities for them to express true
emotions. With the help of these two vital factors, modern parents actually understand
more about their children than parents in 50 years ago.

1026作文
10.26 In university students should take the history courses no matter what field they study.

I completely agree with the claim above that history should be widely educated in university no matter what majors students are. It is because history education plays a significant role in following parts.

First of all, history study is an irreplaceable approach of socialization, that is, students gain patriotism from history documents. What is the goal of study, or going to university? The common reasons are getting knowledge, getting competitiveness in fierce job market and having more salary. Whatever your reason is, the undoubted ultimate goal is to construct our nation, making it stronger and more capable. However, no matter how excellent a student is, without a patriotic heart, he/she will make no contribution even does harm to his/her country. Thus, the primary quality of talents is to love their own country. History education, in this respect, makes essential effects. By informing the great works of their ancestors and glorious defenses, students can usually set up honors of their ancestors and own countries. Accordingly, this kind of honor will inspire them to make contributions to their beloved country mother and be proud of their activities for building the better society. History study can lead students to patriotism, which is the important part of socialization. In this way, history education helps socialization.

Secondly, history study can teach us the ability of foreknowledge. It is often too late to cope with things when it has really happened. Then people always look forward the capacity of anticipation and what people usually blind to is history study can help us anticipation. The trends of things are usually regular, but often with a long period, longer than individual's life. As a result, it is hard for people to observe and summarize the principles of development. On the other hand, history documents always do a big favor. Studying the relation between causes and effects, scientists can summarize the general principles of specific things. Therefore, the similar occurrences could be foreseen their results and adverse ones could be stifled. For individuals, they can also get benefits from history study. For instance, biographies are always top books in sales for people indeed learn good qualities from great people. In China, almost everyone has read the biography of Chairman Mao, from the book people not only know modern histories but also emulate good characteristics of him, such as bravery, diligence and resistance. The ability of foreknowledge is necessary of success in future career, and history can inform us such ability.

Additionally, under the pressure of professional study, history courses could give students a chance to relax due to history just like story telling. It is a really wonderful thing to learn knowledge when hearing interesting stories. So why don't college students take their history classes with countless benefits? In my point of view, history courses should be required in universities.

First of all, history study is an irreplaceable approach of socialization, that is, students gain patriotism from history documents. What is the goal of study, or going to university? The common reasons are getting knowledge, getting competitiveness in fierce job market and having more salary.(觉得这句话有点乱) Whatever your reason is, the undoubted ultimate goal is to construct our nation, making it stronger and more capable. History study can lead students to patriotism, which is the animportant part of socialization. In this way, history education helps socialization.

Then people always look forward the capacity of anticipation and what people usually blind to is (that)history study can help us anticipation(要用动词). For individuals, they can also get(可以不要) benefits from history study.

Additionally, under the pressure of professional study, history courses could give students a chance to relax due to history just like story telling.(主要用错了) It is a really wonderful thing to learn knowledge when hearing interesting stories. So why don't college students take their history classes with countless benefits? In my point of view, history courses should be required in universities.

28# ice--breaker 上历史课的价值就在于历史的意义本身,因为学习历史是有意义的所以才需要上历史课,这两者应该是等同的嘛。
