根据众版主大人的建议，得出如下结论，予以总结，方便后世。。
女生EE的选择是这样的
TOP1.嫁人（如果没有。。像我这样的请自行忽略）
TOP2.生医(PHD>MS)
TOP3.cs或者电路设计
TOP4.power 精神体力双重压力。。。

I think we are talking about different things by saying 生医. Cuz it is a very general term here. Different programs, concentrations are very different as you may notice. Graduates from most biomedical programs are mainly emploied in biotech or pharmaceutical companies which involves more biochem stuff in it rather than physics, EE.

My suggestion is you could apply for MS definitely for sure if u are insterested in it. And it might help you getting into the exploretion for going into more depth of the field. But Please be aware that MS only takes maxmimum of 2yrs to finish in general, so if u want to apply for PhD program along the way you need to start prepare for all the things u need including research, application and ect.
Also do more information search or even find some papers to read to get a bit more sense of the particular branch you want to get into. This will help you to make up your mind of which direction you could go to.

PS. I am very sorry for the fact I have to type in English here. Hopefully it is not a problem for you. Good luck on the applications!
