We suffer various kinds of stresses from our everyday life, which must be released so as to keep our physical and mental healthy. But what is a better way to relax ourselves, spending time alone or staying with other persons like our friends and families. In my view, the latter one is my preference. I would like to list several reasons to illustrate my opinion.
First and foremost, comfort and encouragement from other people will make us feel warm and relaxed, at the same time the pressure is out of us unconsciously. According to the survey by the China Psychological Department, talking can help people to release their bad feeling such as sorrow, upset, loneliness,especially pressure. What’s more, the avarage life of the person who is open and like to communicate with others is higher than the one who prefers to stay by himself. The need of communication is one of the human instect since humanbeings are social aninals. Thus we need someone to listen to us and give us a warm hug when we are in pressure. Just a smile and several simple words can give us courage to overcome the difficulties and eliminate the pressure.
Secondly, I believe that telling your problems to others can help you to find the solutions which contribute to lessen or even wipe out the pressure. Most of our pressures come from our lack of abilities to deal with some problems, so it is the right time to ask for others’ advices and assistances when you are under pressure. For example, during the last final exam which nearly drove me crazy, I angry easily and have a low efficiency of studying. Then I called my mother and she comforted me. What’s more, she provided me some advices in going over my courses which helped me a lot by saving much time and energy.
To draw a fair picture, some people are not good at expressing their feelings or have no habits to share their secrets with others. However, no matter what kind of people you are, hiding your feelings and standing pressure alone does harm to your health.
In conclusion, after analyzing the all aspects, I claim that spend time with others is the truly best way to relax the stress for two benefits including getting comfort and encouragement and finding solutions to solve the problems which cause the stress.
