Bill Gates have not have a university education, nobody will disagree the statement that he is a successful merchant. So, in my opinion, getting a university education has no relationship with success in your career.
First, take some common phenomena as examples. Many of my classmates in the college have engaged in other businesses noting to do with their specific fields. And there are also some classmates of mine who got nothing from a university education. Based on the situations discussed above, we can make the conclusion that a university program dose not play a positive factor let alone an important factor to be success in their life.
Second, hardworking, wisdom, intelligence and so on all play essential roles in arriving at your aims. Just as it said, success is 1% luck and 99% perspiration, hard work plays an important role in the development of your career. Hardworking can change an excellent image into a fact. One of the most successful businessman-Bill Gates, always eat lunch at fast food shop in order to saving time. You can image how hard he work. So, I disagree with the statement that a university program is the most important factor to be successful.
Third, undeniable, a university course offers their students a large number of information and knowledge about their specific areas, which is helpful for those who indulge themselves in some related fields in their life later. However, it is impossible for a person who is bad at communicating with others to be successful, even if he holds a large number of relevant information. For instance, LiLi, one friend of mine, always got a high score in college but now have no idea about how to cooperate with her partners. So, she had to changed her work several times during the last six months.
In conclusion, there is no way to make me believe that a university program is the most important factor in your life to be successful. Hardworking, communications with your partners, intelligence and so on are all paly the key role in the way to be successful.
