报一个rej。PENG S rej@WSU。求助。

今天收到一个rej@WSU。话说回来，PENG S是什么专业？WSU可以花一次申请费两个program，我当时申请了first choice是chemistry，second choice是Engineering，（第二个纯属凑数了）。到现在材料是寄过去了，但是推荐信都没弄完呢。结果就来了个rej。这个PENG S是什么？会不会是engineering的拒信呢，那first choice的chemistry还有戏么？请大家帮帮忙。

怎么会这样？我经济的， 7号材料才寄到，状态显示好几样丢失，电话去问，小秘很听不懂我的英文。。。ORZ

重复交流她说 材料状态都会改的，问什么时候有结果，她说齐了才会给系里。楼主这莫非peng s 根本不招人！
