1.16 Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Playing games teaches us about life. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

What kind of attitude should we hold towards playing games? Some people just join the game and play and learn nothing from it, while some others not only play and enjoy the game but also learn much about the game. For my part, I like to play various kinds of games and I do believe that from the game I can learn knowledge of life.

One of the game I like to play most is killer, which is definitely a game of mental thinking, observation and psychological test. In this game, except the one who play the role of judge, other players are divided into three groups: killers, civilians and policemen. In the process of the game, the identity of every player is not known. Players must judge the identities of others from what others say, what they behave and their own judgment. Actually life is the same. People need to deal with affairs in the daily life such as the communication with other people, for which skills such as mentioned above in the killer game are necessary. This is the first thing I learn from game.

The second thing I learn from game is the ability of setting a proper goal and the ability to attain the goal. In some role playing games in the computer which have different kinds of endings players can see different kind of endings according to their behaviors during the game. Life can be compared to a game with different results and people all hope they can attain their targets. But one would fail to reach what they hope by setting a not appropriate goal or incapable of persist their pace towards the destination.

However playing game is just the way from which we learning knowledge of life. We shall never get addicted to it. If we are too into it, we would forget what we should do and give up the goal we are approaching to. Unduly game playing would inevitably do harm to our life.

In sum I really agree with the saying that from the game we can learn a lot useful in life which can make our life better. But the game addiction is also something we should avoid of.

例子都很具体，整体来说不错
只是第二个例子我觉得有那么点不妥，只是感觉就算是角色扮演类游戏，也只是不同的ending，跟后来的哦坚持到目标或者不同的goal貌似没有什么联系呢
