Albeit we should follow some good models in the way of searching success, it is not a reasonable way to imitate them step by step.

One of the most essential functions of the models in our life is to offer us a kind of inspiration, which acts as the momentum for our striving and go further lead us to make best development of our potential. In the history many people got great achievement in a certain area because they have a hero in that field, such as Newton, the most famous physicist, who was set Aristotle as his hero. As every one want to become excellent, the successful models can act as a beacon in the wide ocean which gives us the direction.

Common sense told us, new that some people can get success in their area, diligence is the necessary factor, but the proper way of strive or method is also independent. The function of the models is not only limited in giving people an inspiration and direction but also the proper way to get the achievement.
