During our life time, we have to make choice at every atmosphere, although there are some factors impacts the choice we make. As men are individuals with mind, awareness and sensation, we have the chance to make decision in almost any circumference. This is no true than we have the chance to make choice unless we lost all freedom which is a condition we have little chance to meet.

The common sense told us that almost in any circumference we have the chance to determine what to do in our daily life. This is the nature of all kind of animals. For an individual, from the born of him or her, he can choice what to do. Before they come into the school they can choose their friends and follows; then he can choose which school to enter; when he entered a school he hve than chance to choose some of his curriculum and so on. For a nation, the government can make choice in represent of the citizens of the whole nation. The government can choose their basic social pattern, economic policy as well as their diplomatic instruction and so forth. As for the whole global, the choices can be made by every nation: they can choose to initiate a war or keep peace; they can choose to help the nations in frustration or invade into them by the chance; they can choose to cooperate with each other or impede the development of the others and so on. As mentioned above, we can make choice in almost every time and sate. Let us go further, is there real some circumstance we have no chance to make choice? Yes, in my mind this state is only when a person be grilled. But have a second consideration; even in this circumference the person also have choice: he can choose weather to give up!

Although we have choice in almost any state, we have to notice that our choice always be limited in a certain extent by the reality. That is to say, we our choice must within the limitation of the surroundings. Cases of this item can not be listed out. Just have a think you can not choose to drive your car in the condition that your gas was out; before the emergence of the shuttle, you can not imagine to go to the out space; without the internet or other forms of communication implements, you can not decide to have a talk with your friends or kin far away. To sum up it is the reality which limited the choice of our human beings.

As the two aspects involved above, we can safely get a conclusion that in almost any circumstance we have the chance to make choice. But the reality is the basic of our choices. Only be assured our decision within the reality possibility can we make sensible choice, as the soundings of us limited the spectrum we can choose from.
