Admittedly, specifically designed education is much better than traditional one for a student. But when this issue is put in front of the whole society, it is not reasonable and acceptable to educate every student in different way contenting varied needs and interests of different individuals. The real purpose of education nowadays is to provide standardized workers for factories and companies.

Individualized education do can do better in cultivating the interests of students when they were very young, and providing enough room for talent student to do what they are interested in. For instance, company Microsoft of Bill Gates who is the richest person in the world maybe would not exist, if he did not drop his study in the Harvard which cannot provide individualized courses for him. It is totally reasonable to assume that he will not leave school if the university can give him personalized programs. However, the reality is that school cannot meet each student's needs and interests. So to be outstanding, individuals have to search the education measures suited themselves. If they miss the chance to find their way and what are they interested in, ordinary and common human beings are what they would finally become.

Although the individualized education is better than the contemporary one, it is not acceptable to demand each school to provide different and varied courses meeting each student's need. In fact, specifically-devised education is much more suitable for students with talent than common students, because even if there is a school offering individualized education, but not every student have access to it and develop one's interests to an extraordinary extent. For example, imagine that every human being has successfully completed their dream with their interests, the number of people who devote oneself to the job of lower class people maybe decrease dramatically. Therefore to make everyone outstanding it is not only impossible but also unacceptable.

Contemporary society cannot operate smoothly without standardized education. That is because the core of education nowadays is to produce a large number of individuals with standardized skills. Maybe this is the reason why P&G ask their potential stuffs to take a long-time standardized training. Therefore traditional education is the source of contemporary society, and this is the most convenient measure to produce ample standardized workers and technical engineer. And the contemporary society will fall to pieces without traditional educations.

In sum, although it is better for individuals' future development to maintain personalized education, standardized education actually can make the contemporary society operate in right way. But education nowadays do need to provide more spaces for students' needs and interests, so that the students with talents can find their ways to stand out.
