1.一方面，一些艺术创作家来自民间，独立与统治阶级(the ruling class) 因此更容易表达出与官方不同的社会的隐藏思想和冲动；
2.另方面，一些隐藏的思想和冲动往往不能通过书面形式表达，他们找到更好办法就是通过艺术含蓄表达；
3.并且，通过艺术表达的思想往往更形象，更能唤起人们的共鸣，因此隐藏思想和冲动常常依附于艺术。

Arts as the result of human intelligence can bring us numerous fortune that both on visual and ideas. Hidden ideas and impulses of one society usually missed in the long history river, while arts play a vital role on calling them back.

Why arts can reveal hidden ideas and impulses? One aspect is that many famous artists spring from folk world and they spent their life time among common people. Because the governmental documents always neglect the ideas come from folk world that the hidden ideas be often covered. While some of the artists live in folk world, thus can make them easily get information and record them into their arts. Paragons, such as Honore de Balzac, he wrote thousands of articles and these articles represent different ideas and impulses to society from lower classes. Eugénie Grandet, for instance, one of his literatures, describes a miser named Grandet. In order to get much money, he sacrifice happiness of his daughter`s and even the hole family. In this literature, Balzac expressed a hidden idea of abnormal human who appeared in his era. Also, there are some artists express their own ideas and impulses though art works. Beethoveen, for example, express his impulses of admiring Napoleaon by creating a famous symphony "Hero".

There is other aspect that arts can reveal hidden ideas and impulses some ideas cannot express directly when under a governmental strong force, the arts support a way for them to express their ideas. Taking Balzac as an example, he cannot express his unsatisfied about society directly, only by using irony on his literatures can convey his ideas. On one of his famous book named "La comedie humaine", he built many characteristic of human beings such as misers, poor farmers, government politicians and so on, though them the real society can be easily critic.

Moreover, art works support a way of expressing more vivid and touching people. This promotes people are willing to create arts and though them to convey their ideas and impulses. For example, Chopin, the famous pianist, when a few years before he died, he created an Exercises called Exercises 12th, also known as "Revolution". He played it in a concert with a deeply emotion of loving his country, Poland. After he played it over, he shouted (as I paraphrase) "I will save my country", at that time, thousands of audiences were touched and want to stop the war with Chopin. Until today, many people still feel his impulses of his loving hometown emotion when listening to it. Here is a hypothesis, if Chopin just recorded his feeling in a book not by the art way, I suppose there wouldn`t such amount of people were touched.

From these advantages of arts, art works can be one of ways expressing the otherwise hidden ideas and impulses of a society and leave a large fortune of the society.

LZ的思路，基本都围绕在艺术和艺术所赋予的意义来谈论，但忽视了TOPIC中的hidden。

贝多芬和肖邦的例子，都反映的是他们个人的情绪或者想法，都是无法代表他们所处年代没有被广为察觉的思想和趋势。甚至于说，LZ这两个例子是TOPIC中的反例！他们代表的不是隐藏的东西，他们代表的都是主流社会所广泛接受，aboveboard的东西....

所谓的隐藏的趋势和思想，就像今天的90后脑残非主流，50年前老美垮掉的一代一样，是不被当时mainstream society所接受所认可，但在若干年后会成为主流的东西..

For instance, there is a common phenomenon when families or friends write letters in war period. They often sand message by drawing a picture not writing words because some words may not allowed to write. Some pictures become folk arts after commonly used, and these arts reveal hidden ideas in that era.

Moreover, art works support a way of expressing more vivid and touching people. This promotes people are willing to create arts and though them to convey their hidden ideas and impulses. For example, Fankuang, a famous Chinese painter in Song dynasty, he was the first began to use mountain to express his ideas. In his famous pictures, he expressed a willing to be a hermit that can doing things freely. His pictures touched many generations. After his success of ardent ideas in mountain painting styles, many artists began to use this kind style to convey their hidden wills.

From these advantages of arts, art works can be one of ways expressing the otherwise hidden ideas and impulses of a society and leave a large fortune of the society.
