ISSUE51 - "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

A、教育需要适度迎合学生兴趣——社会不需要模版人才,需要个性人才。——个性能够决定一个人最终的发展方向。——个性给我们探索的动力。——校电台、辩论赛、组织机构,在基础课之上各学科不同的专业课。都是载体,等待填入。
B、当过分迎合的时候,教育就不全面了。——kid,溺爱,不懂得付出。school,能力单一、不足。文学可能用统计学分析历史。社会学可能研究历史研究现象。work,没有迎合,只有自己选择适合的,然后调整自己。
C、教育应该有迎合的一面,也有强制的一面——强制是为了给你追求个性的能力。


TOPIC: ISSUE51 - "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

Although education should offer courses considering students' interests, it has to be comprehensive and objective at the same time. Education should be adjusted by the need of society; nevertheless meeting the individual needs and interests appropriate doesn't weaken the influence of the education institution. Instead, it reflects the authority and flexibility of education.

What's a successful education? The responsibility of education is to foster kids that feed the demand of society and give kids the best opportunity to realize their own goals simultaneously. One with common skill but not individual specialty is not a success man but a qualified worker, while one with passion of dream but without common skill to realize it also indicates awful education.

Catering to students' habits to a certain extent has its necessity. Students with same capability and knowledge don't feed the various requests of jobs. Different jobs requires different kind of person, thus students with personalities are more likely to win priorities. The character of one can somehow determine the direction of one's career because it decide what we are really like, hence encourage us to devote all the passion towards our interest to the upcoming work that we really like. A television station in college and a debate in school are all good examples. They provide broad place for development with unique characters that attract students zest and give them chance to grow. Students can establish institution according to what they fond of and enhance their abilities in certain field.

However, when individual needs and interests are overvalued, education becomes not comprehensive. There are some common subjects that everyone should learn, such as the basically knowledge of common science, the construction of society, the thoughts of mathematics and so on. When students finish their education, they go find a work in society where no job is catering to individual's need. We can only choose a position that fit us most properly and then strive to alter and improve ourselves to be the best for the job which may be not exactly the one we are keen on. Thus require us that we must obtain the ability of learning new things at least. If a little kid is spoiled at home, he would conclude that everyone would satisfied him no matter what he want and don't have to repay them. If a student only learns courses he's interested in school, he can only gain one specialty which is not enough to survive, because multifarious fields overlap each other sometimes. The research of literature might need the basis skill of statistics and the study of one phenomenon of society could date back to history. Students without comprehensive education can't achieve the work.

Education should be strong as well as friendly. It should be friendly when providing various departments to choose, but also strong to force you learn something necessary. We learn certain knowledge about one field doesn't mean we are able to become the expert finally. We must meet obstacles one by one with increasing level of difficulty. Usually we need knowledge like history or math to overcome difficulties no matter what we are major in. Besides, we also need ability of communication and proficient language skill to find help or ask for cooperation. Appropriate exercise can give us strong body ensuring us having vigorous mind and stimulate the creativity in our head which can be the key to solve problems for the most time. All of these characters are required to become the successful man in one career while we can't learn them all at one course. It is true that some knowledge we learn can’t be used in real work. But the progress of learning is a practice of solving problems in a new field which can provide us with precious experience for future success. The comprehensive education is the guarantee to assure we can reach our goal finally.

Education is like a father: severe but kind. It presents us ability reach every destination and bestow us free choice to choose one way to success.

LZ这里说meet是迎合,但是我看到一些版本是满足,所以感到疑惑查了下柯林斯,没有找到迎合的意思倒是找到了满足的意思7) (tr) to cope with effectively; satisfy to meet someone's demands,所以这里不知道迎合是否恰当,如果理解为满足,就算是跑题了。满足和强制就没有关系了。)

(这句作者还是写简单句把,复杂句有点怪,第一句是qualified worker后面是awful education,对的不是很好。)

1.作者句子表达混乱,建议还是别使用过多长句,意思不懂,长句再多没有意思。
2.段落结构混乱,个人感觉看的昏。例子太少。我个人建议写段落结构清楚的方法是:TS1+Explanation1+example1+TS2+EXP2+EXA2。。。。。不需要空解释TS,解释到最后越来越不清楚,本来提纲很好,就给混乱句子弄杂了,所以加一些形象例子分析,通俗易懂,而且凑字数。
3.用词不当,逻辑不严谨。GRE要求就是逻辑非常严谨,但是作者逻辑显得很随意,尤其一些地方转变没有提示,让人无法理解。有问题地方我已经在文章中提出了。
4.就是关于开头那个Meet的理解,这里如果我错了,麻烦你告诉我下了,谢谢。
5.作者说的最后最有效的教育到哪里去了?有效没有了。要时刻跟着题目走,而不是跟着自己的思想走。
