第一次限时了,不过花了70m~没有查字典也没查资料,感觉写出来成色明显没有之前的好了。还是要加强限时这块啊!

In any profession-business, politics, education, government-those in power should step down after five years. The surest path to success for any enterprise is revitalization through new leadership.

In most of the countries in the world, the leaders in government have the power no longer than five years, and in the U.S.A, there has been a principle that no president can continue being charge for two sections. Whereas, we see many successful business enterprise are the family governed, whose chief leader hold the power for decades before he passes down to his successive. There has been a claim about the surest path to success for any professions is new leadership, but in my opinion, such surest path depends on the situation of the professions and a wise leadership can maintain a more significant lead than a new one.
To begin with, the surest path to success for any enterprise cannot be judged only through the change of the leadership. We should notice the diversities of different professions, and their respective characters decide the different demand for leadership. For example, in the profession of education, it will not be a good idea to provide each charger with five years. As is known that the education needs a long process to see the result of any measurements or policy upon it, the success cannot be certain until the time is adequate for a leader to do something. A National Education committee may push a nationwide primary education innovation, so the result of the success or failure should wait for the first grade of students experienced certain period, three or six years, to see and evaluate the pros or cons. In contrast, the frequent change of the leadership may confuse public the ability of the educational leaders. We may mistake the high performance of the graduate as the achievement of the present new leaders, but neglect the contributions the previous leadership has done years ago. In this way, we should figure out the original trait of a profession before we thrust the decidedly status of leadership to the success for an enterprise.
Next, the leadership is undeniable an important element for the success for an enterprise, but not a new leadership is guaranteed to win but a wise leadership. The function of leadership lies in that it collects the intellect to organize, balance and decide. A new leadership should have advantage upon the fresh ideas to do things, to disciple the stuffs and to make innovative decisions, which change the traditional conventions to confine the development and adjust to the new situations.
However, any kinds of change to new topics take risks. The revitalization of new leadership is always lack of enough experience to set up a safety vision and prevent obvious risks, which is just what a wise leadership owns. A wise leader group can hold the power for a longer time because it not only has the sophisticated experience the new one lacks, but also has an open mind to cope with the changes and break through the conventions. Besides, the key element for wise leaders can maintain longer is not because the leaders themselves are smart and intelligent to deal with the specific problems, but their ability to find the suitable ones to do a thing best and organize them to work hard together.
Just as the leadership in Microsoft Company with their free working stuffs. MS's typical success is a live lesson that a wise leadership is surer path for success than a new leadership.

In conclusion, the principle to lead the success of an enterprise should be told by the trait of the certain professions. Professions like Education which needs a stable and effective conduct, will not fit for the suggestion of five years leader change. What's more, a wise leadership can surpass the advantage of a new leader group, which may be the reason for the prosperity of most family companies.
