One should built a worthy goal, and pursue it as hard as you can. A worthy goal especially a challenge one, one should try his or her best to get for it even the result is uncertain. But the way to get one`s goal must be justice, some injustice methods should not be taken to attain a goal.

When referring a worthy goal, how to measure the word "worthy"? From my perspective, a worthy goal means it is not too easy that one can get it without endeavor or too hard that one cannot reach it no matter making how big efforts. For instance, if a senior student in math major sets up a goal that solving elementary math problems, everyone may think it is ridiculous because the elementary math problems seems too easy for the student, even this is not like a goal for this student. Another instance is that assuming a man with short height wants to grow higher, no matter what effort he makes, the result of the goal is in vain because a mature man cannot grow higher anymore. This kind goal is also seen as unworthy goal. So, a worthy goal should be reached after making effort. Paragons, such as a high school student wants to go to Harvard, a college student wants change his or her major, and a physic set up to getting Nobel price. Goals similar to this are seen as a worthy goal.

After discussing the definition of worthy goal, the next process is trying to get it. Ancient Chinese often says that (as I paraphrase) "If you want to go thousand miles away, you must get start now." So, if one wants to reach the goal one built, a most important is doing it right now. Just like the example a high school student wants to go to Harvard, the student must work hard and perform well in high school, maybe the student need spend extra time that used for playing to study lessons. Only through this action, the student might reach dream. If one only asserts the great goal but never do it or give up in the middle place, what can a how worthy the goal is?

However, many people know the method that in order to reach his or her goal, a effort making is needed. Maybe there is a situation that no matter how hard one works, the goal for him or her is still hard to reach. But this goal is too desire for him or her to reach, they may make injustice means to reach it such as cheating on exams, spending money to the supervisors. By making these efforts, someone can reach their goals.

But these injustice means will treat others unequal. Supporting that a man is wealth and he can spend much money to get a profession he desired, while a woman is much poor she works hard every day and finally she might get the profession she wanted but because this wealth man, she failed. So, the man pay little effort while the woman makes hard works, but finally the woman failed, is it equally in this competition? Much worse, the hard working woman may have a better knowledge than the man who efforts little because the woman learned much more then the man. So, the woman is the person can do this work well, but she failed. Thus the injustice competition cannot make sure the best fitted person to get in.

In conclusion, one needs to set up a worthy goal and make effort to get it, but by making an injustice way must be abandoned because it is unequal treated to others.
