今天收到TTU cs正式的offer了,之前陶瓷,面试啥都没有,$1000 scholarship+out-of-state tuition waiver,
It will provide you a stipend of $1,000, which will be paid in two equal installments in the Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 semesters. In addition, it will allow you to receive an out-of-state tuition waiver, i.e., you will pay the tuition and fees applicable to the residents of the state of Texas.
You will be eligible to apply for teaching and/or research assistantships after you anive to the campus. In general, we do not offer these assistantships to applicants before they arrive. Many of our graduate students receive assistantships from our department, but several others support themselves by working as research assistants or computer programmers in other departments on the campuses of Texas Tech University and the Health Science Center. While no assurance is made that you will be able to obtain other fInancial support, fInding a part-time, computer programmer job is as easy as it has ever been.
