Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: teachers should be paid according to how

well their students perform.

When it comes to the issue that whether teachers should be paid according to the extent their students have learnt many people will be in the dilemma .It seems that financial reward may stimulate the teachers' enthusiasm in teaching, which drive them to  teach more efficiently and effectively .However, from my perspective , it is quite unfair for teachers to be paid according to the performance of the students.

To begin with , teachers server as the tool to make their utmost to teach the students ,but whether a student can learn well largely depends on himself. To be more specific , the scores of the students is not determined by the teacher alone. Even the most excellent teacher is likely to cultivate good students. On the contrary , even a unqualified teacher has the chance to upbring good students. Since what count most is the students themselves instead of the ones  teach them .For example ,the Confucius ,one of  the greatest teacher in Ancient China .Even he had brought about numerous outstanding students , there were also some students who behave poorly .Therefore ,it can be seen clearly that teachers just make efforts to pass down their knowledge to their students ,but it is the students themselves that determine the results .Hence ,if a hardworking teacher is to be paid low salary due to his lazy student ,it is quite unfair.


Besides, it is hard to measure how a student has much leant. Some individuals may contend the test is the best the way to find out the academic performance of a student.
But what these people fail to take into account is what can be leant from teachers . Students can not only learn wide range of knowledge from their teachers ,
but also some moral vales ,the perception of the world ,some useful suggestions ,which can never  be measured by a test. Imagine if teachers are going to be paid in accordance with the scores of their students ,they are likely to attach more importance to the homework and the paper to the students ,but not the way to think ,the ability of independent thinking.


In a nutshell , I am firmly convinced that teachers should never be paid according to how much their students learn ,but what they have taught to their students and
how it will benefit the students in a long-run.

0 T( L" @# i( iDo you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is often not a good thing to move to a new city or a new country because of the losing of old friends.

Friends, the ones we count on and trust most, are considered as part of the most valuable possessions in our lives. While moving from one place to another may somehow cause the disconnections and separations from our friends. However, from my perspective, settling down to another place doesn't mean the loss of friendship .

To begin with, by moving to other places, you are likely to meet more people and make some new friends. As we are living in the society where constant interaction and communication with others is inevitable, we are able to know more people and contact with all walks of lives once we frequently change our locations. As a consequence , it is quite natural for us to make friends with those who share the same interest with us . For example,  thousands of those who once lived in the countryside are moving to cities in order to improve their living standards and find more opportunities. It is true that tehy might not connect with their previous neibourhood as frequent as before, but we have to admit the fact that they are making more new friends in their city life as well.

On the other hand, changing their living place doesn't  equal they have lost the connections with the old ones. With the advancement of the high-tech, various means of
communication are available, like cell phone, Internet ,all of them facilitate the contact with their old friends . If one really miss his old friends , all he need to do is pick up the phone and he can talk with his friends on the other end instantaneously.


Admittedly, living far away from friends will alienate their relationship to some extent , but this alone doesn't provide sufficient support to claim that  moving can cause the loss of friendship . Therefore , I am firmly believe it is the people we care in our heart count , not the distance.

do you agree or disagree the statement : Having jobs with low paying salary and being high secure is better than jobs with high salary but being easy to lost

A secure job, as most people are dreaming of , may seems pretty tempting compared to the risky one. While when it comes to the issue whether jobs with lowing salary and stable position or a high salary but risky job is more preferable, the majority people will be in a dilemma. From my perspective , having jobs with high salary but challenging bring about more benefits.

To begin with , a high salary is more likely to guarantee a high living standard , which will be the motivation for one to work harder. To be more specific, a decent payment can provide people with more material enjoyment and improve his level of job satisfaction. As a result, people are forced to devote more time and energy to their current job in order to secure this position. For example , once a employer has been promoted as a manager , his salary is bound to increase accordingly. In return , he can use the money to purchase what he could not afford before. After this process, he may come to realize that only when dedicate himself more to this occupation can he  continue this way living.

On the other hand, a low payment with a stable income fail to understand the fact what he gets is based on what called the short-term interest. Even though he is guaranteed with this position , he is easily to lose enthusiasm and passion in working . As the old saying goes , no pains , no gains. Once a man is being secured with his job, he is probably think ‘whether I do good or bad matters nothing ,for I will receive neither rewards nor punishment." This negative attitude  are definitely detrimental to his future career development.

In a nutshell, I am fully convinced that a high salary with obscure position is beneficial  in terms of one' career path and right attitude toward life.
