As the fortunate people who can command everything  they want ,who can gratify every caprice and lay their hands on almost every object of desire—for them a new pleasure ,a new excitement is only an additional satiation. in vain they rush frantically place to place ,trying to escape from  avenging avenge boredom by mere chatting and emotion.是通过聊天的方式逃避无聊，还是逃避以聊天的方式以躲避无聊？？by 词组修饰关系？

上面第一句的AS从句的谓语在哪里，我怎么找不到？
还有，escape from avenging avenge boredom 怎么有两个avenge？是打错了还是怎么回事？
第2句里面没有evaluate啊。
第3句的administrative是形容词呀，放在这里好像有点问题哦。楼主查查有没有打错的地方吧。

4。如果他们每个人都可以被trusted来承担责任并且在他们各自的职权范围内主动地处理事务，那么他们的行政管理开销将会低。
