急请教：北医本科临床出国

我读北医本科五年制，快毕业。打算出国读书再回来国内当医生，请问美国或香港方面有比较倾向于临床研究方面的研究生或博士的申请吗？还是必须得转专业，只能从事基础研究？
      听说版主也是北医毕业的，望赐教～

出去读什么无所谓，回来只要有关系别说做临床了，直接主任医师的大把大把

That will need very strong connection. Most of those guys are J1 for post-doc who's got very strong connection in a hospital and a stable spot, but not for PhD student.

If a fresh graduates without relatves who's got big power in a hospital, it will not be easy to come back to do clinical medicine. Or you can choose to restart.

So if you plan to be a doctor in China, go take a spot right now or go on to do master or PhD in chinical departments. Then you will have some chance later to be sent out for some train later. If you choose to come out at once after graduation, as I siad, without strong connection, it will be very hard to change back to Chinic.

ls,what about Japan? there is one clinical doctor in the Peking university first hospital who graduate from the faculty of medicine in kagawa university in Japan?will it do if i go overseas to Japan to further study clinical programmes?
