But The just or unjust of law has no absolute definition,which can never be judged by people,when we say a law is just ,because it is in one particular condiction.In fact,none of the law is objectly just.
Law’development always keeps up with the development of society,historically,tribal which is the simplest society was rulered by law—a blend of custom,morality,religion,and magic.If someone did things such as sacrilege or act against the tribal custom,he would be subjected to group sanction including ridicule and hostility,even drive out the wrongdoer. Wrongs did something bad to individual like murder,theft,or never repay a debt,the family of victim often took some measures to against the family of the wrongdoer.This was reasonable and protected by the law at that some time.However, nowadays a person who commit a crime will be handled to the
judicial authority,never be dicided by single pepole unlike the ancient time all were judged by the ruler or chief,which is far more fair and avoid the personal abuse.
The just of a law varys in diffient culture and concept.A illustration is in this case. Death penalty is exist in some countries,a punishment to a people whose guilty is quite enormous, such people may jeopardize public security.Evenmore,the family of victime’thought of revenge can never be ignored,if they are not comforted by some effective ways,resorting to private revenge is much possible,which may cause larger picnic.so death penalty is accepted by these countries to make a equivalent act to appease the family of victim.In contrast,some countries consider death penalty a inhumanity act,depriving of the right to live.In addition,it is airreversible ,in case of the judge is wrong proved later,there is nothing to do to remedy for it,which is also a strike to the just of law.

To diffient group the law may not give overrall consideration. The just of law is diffident in diffient people .For example,chemical factory can produce a mass of pollution,so there is no doult that the environmental authority has the duty to force the factory to take measues to improve the enviroment,which is certain to araise the cost and in turn the salary of workers is down.As a result,the worker view the law is unjust,while the residents nearby hold the support to it.

Eventhough law can not benefit everyone in most cases,it can be abolished if the majority of people’ interest is damaged,there is a legal way to do this and make the law in a right direction,which also reach the ultimate aim.
