第一次写~~求砖块····

小弟第一次写isssu，写得很艰难，花了三个多小时，主要是觉得实在没话说，好不容易写了517个单词（有点凑字数的嫌疑···）。
      写完之后自己看了两遍，也用word把单词错误改过了，觉得主要有以下问题：
         1.词汇着实不够，表示方面始终是用的area和aspect
         2.不知道大家怎么感觉，我觉得自己有点词不达意（还是词汇不会用啊！！），所以有些地方我写了中文释义
   请各位大大帮忙看看哈，有什么大错误我没有发现的，也希望大家多提意见和建议，谢谢了。

With the rapid development of society and people's view,what we need now is more than only specialists or only generalists,it is the balance between them what we are looking forward to.



On one hand,firstly,the specialists' hard and deep level searching in their own area have been playing a vital role in the rapid development of recent years.To improve my view,I will take Xuesen qian(钱学森),who is one of the top scientists
in the world,for example.Maybe he is not good enough at some area such as singing and dancing,yet he is a fantastic searcher in his area and he did a lot for the development of china,even for the world.What could be another example is Xianlin Ji(季羡林),who is undoubted a great master in Chinese culture but poor at some objects such as math.

They are specialist instead of generalists but they would never be thought unimportant just because
they are not generalists.





Secondly,without the specialists,we will not have the special research in almost every area what will lead to an occasion where everyone knows everything but everyone does not know anything well.That is to say:everybody have a lot of knowledge of many areas,but what in fact is that nobody can do something very well.Just as somebody once said:"wide education will lead to wide normal."(我这里想说的是全面教育导致全面平凡，貌似这话时韩寒说的，自己感觉表示的不是很得当，恳求更合适，更适合书面语言的表示方法。)Everyone's life and energy(精力，有更合适的词汇么？？) is limited,unless he distribute all of his time to one special aspect one person will never succeed.The famous artist van Gogh(梵高) devoted so much,even his life,to art that he become a mountain in art.



On the other hand,generalists are leaders when a very complicated project such as building spaceships has to be finished
because generalists knows much knowledge about different aspects so that they can arrange the schedule to make sure
that every specialist can have their space to contribute their effort to the project.We can image that,without the
generalists' arrangement,every specialist has his or her own ideas about how to finish the project and what is worse is that nobody will listen to others' advice so that the project,no matter how easy it is,will never be finished no matter how much money,how many specialists and how much time are devoted.






The last but not least,we need generalists to understand a lot of knowledge and allocate them together so that we can link them to understand more and depth about every special aspect.Generalists are just like a light on the sea,they show the way and keep exporting to unknown areas.The history of computer improve this point powerfully.During compuers' history,generalists are necessary to link areas such as "Database" and "Message" together so that a new area named "Date mining" came out.Without the generalists' effort,Date mining,one of the most important aspects of computer science,will hardly do its effort to computers' history.







In a word,both specialists and generalists are keys to not only the scientific development but also the future of us human.Us human being can develop but can not come up with new ideas without generalists,us human being can survive but can not revive without specialists.A balance between them must be eyeryone's hope and exactly the occasion where we are doing our effort to reach.

第一篇issue建议你不要这样写。

首先，引用这么多名人名言（老外估计都没听过），基本上只是凑字数的，老外读文章的时候根本没有感觉。除了著名的几个人（Confucius, Mao Zedong等），其他中国人的名字最好不要出现。而且钱学森的英文名也不是“Xuesen Qian”，而是Hsue-shen Tsien。不要乱套拼音......钱老的时候还没这玩意......

第二，能不能排版排一下，有些句子怎么中间断开行了。

第三，口语和Chinglish的成分还是有点多。举两个例子：“we need generalists to understand a lot of knowledge ”,以及“generalists are leaders when a very complicated project such as building spaceships has to be finished”。第一个能否改成“Generalists are necessary in the process of exploring the world of unknown”，第二个能否改成“In a very complicated project such as spaceship-building, generalists could be leaders to plan as a whole.”一家之言

第四，有一些语法错误。“The history of computer improve this point powerfully”，“They are specialist instead of generalists......”

第五，我其实建议刚开始写issue的时候用一些模板的。只要模板的内容不是跟你写的差距太大，且不超过全文的20%。等到多写几篇，有了经验，可以将几篇模板组合起来，作出自己的模板。等再熟练一点，就可以完全抛开模板。

everybody have a lot of knowledge of many areas,but what in fact is that nobody can do something very well.Just as somebody once said——句意不明。

那句韩寒的话也不必用了，有现成的Jack of all trades, master of none。

插入语滥用，读起来不舒服。

自己把那篇同题的6分范文看过几遍的，原本是想模仿他的框架写一篇的，
结果越写越远，很多语言方面的东西确实是自己“功力”不够，模仿不来，结果就有了现在这篇文章。
