States sources and amount of any U.S. government money/or (funding from U.S. corporations assisting the U.S. government) to be used to support that research.

3.)
Describes any export-controlled technology and/or information will be shared with the applicant.  If the applicant will participate in or have access to U.S. government project.

4.)
Sponsor should state explicitly whether such research is open to non-U.S. citizens.

Please send us the document needed through e-mail attachment or by fax # 010-8531-3355 within 25 days of this e-mail notification and write your case number XXXXX on top of the page.

需要导师写信，说明申请人的研究不是美国政府或者军队资助的，不是出口受控的。
我联系了导师，他说从来没遇到过这种事情，他有一个伊朗的学生申请也没有这种事情，查寄托似乎也没有，看来也许是今年的新生事物，请大家注意。
原因我猜可能是导师的简历上列出了自己的项目，前面2个是军队项目。我就是因此被check的。
建议大家不但自己的CV上不要有敏感信息，导师的CV上也不要有国家、军队类似的敏感信息。
