What kind of education mode is the best and most resultful way for students? I agree with the speaker that education will be truly effective when it meets needs and interests of every student fully to some extent(这个表达我觉得怪怪的,可以去掉t o some extend). Nevertheless, in my opinion,in real life it's difficult to live up to this high standard, which means we should follow the words flexibly.

The way we neglect individual needs and interests proves counterproductive. It really can't involve students in the process of learning happily and zealously. For all we know, many parents in China like to impose some so-called useful and helpful courses, which actually are not their children's interests, on their children and it's apparent that the final result is unsatisfying for both parents and children. It not only wastes children's valuable time but also makes them bored of studying, even has(causes) some psychological (mental)problems bothering them from then on.

As is known toall, interest is the best teacher. Students are willing to try their best to study their interested areas. Looking back the history, it's not hard for us to find an interesting common phenomenon those great figures that made tremendous contributions to their fields mostly like their professions from childhood. For example, Will Smith showed his interest in the(去掉) rap when he was young. He even abandoned the chance of being admitted into MIT with full scholarship(abandoned a offer with full acholarship from MIT ) for his determination to enter show business, which is his real interest. He strives to realize his dreams and finally become the fist Grammy winner in the field ofrap. He is a typical example to show us the power of individual interest.

Although the advantages of meeting students’ needs are obvious and compelling it's not realistic to meet every student's interest completely. There are no identical leaves in the world, neither are people. The resources of education and society including hardware and software(我觉得冗余,直接说education resources应该就可以) conditions are limited, which means it's impossible for us to live up to this harsh standard: meet every student's interest. In Chinese western mountain areas(remote areas 好理解) people are extremely poverty-striken and students even don't have opportunities to receive education. How can we meet their individual interests and needs in such poor areas?(这句话说得太模糊,可以说当务之急是提供基本的学习条件,而不是满足个人兴趣和需要)

Moreover, there is no need to meet their individual interests and needs. On the one hand their interests are not fixed and they will change with their growth. On the other hand one of the purposes of education is to develop student’s different new (用词重复)interests.Sometimes students are too young to really understand themselves and know what they really are interested in. So parents and teachers should intrigue(enlighten) them and lead them to find their real interest by (through) education. Over-specified education will narrow down students’ ken and capability of acclimation to future career.
On balance, we should show full respect for every student's interest and make them grow up freely and happily. At the same time it's also crucial for us to give them mandatory meaningful courses, which may be not their current interest but helpful and indispensable to make them fully explore their own interests in the process of learning.
