The speaker claimed that education can be effective only designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student. Although individual needs and interests of student are very important. However, I am not very agree with the speaker's assertion that ' only ' to meet individual needs and interests of each student can make education to be truly effective for the following reasons.

As far as I am concerned, education is a very important cause of a country, so each country pays more attention to it. In my view, different student has different individual needs and interests. As a educational circles, the scholars are thinking about how can make the student to be valuable in contemporary society. Each of the students is an individual, obviously, they all have their own interest. Honestly speaking, most students are not very like to study. As a result, they have less interest in what they learned. For this situation, teachers should pay more attention to students' interest of subject. Furthermore, every coin has two sides. Teachers should not allow the students give up other subjects. Otherwise, it will be a terrible disaster of students in study. Each of the subjects has their reason for existence, and most of them are benefit for students. For example, the ideology, some students may think that this kind of subject is worthless and has no necessary to learn. Unfortunately, they made a terrible mistake. Ideology can not only let students to learn how to think for themselves clearly, but also can improve the internal thought of them. And it will make good sense of them in society in the future.

Thus, teachers should not only raise the students' interest in what they want to learn, but also must to take care of other subjects. It is because that education should make the students has development in an all-around way. In contemporary society, the person who have just one or very few of ability can not get a good or appropriate job, what's worse, it will make this kind of person difficult to live. If fortunately, the student who was just good at the subject he interest in became an expert in one realm of study. It also can not let him or her make a contribution for the society easily unless he or she makes a very important discovery of educational research. However, this kind of opportunity or rate is very little and the work is too difficult to achieve.

In sum, the truly effective way for students to study is making them have interest in study, it doesn’t mean that only considering the subjects they interest in. but the teachers should make the students’ interests serve as a catalyst for studying other subjects. Let them get some feedback from what they want to learn, in order to get interesting in all course of study, then they will love to study more than ever before.
