Whether the education should be designed to meet the individual needs and interests is a hit controversy in contemporary siciety . Some people believe that education's goal is to totally develop the talents and interests of students, however, other hold
the view that basic logical skills and moral criteria are the purpose of education. In my perspective, the way of reaching the goal of education is
an issue which derserves a case-by-case discussion.
Firstly, we should make it clear what is the goal of education in a society. Obviusly, since anyone in the world could not live the environment with foods and houses, people basic material living level should be met. After that, a people need to be have communication with other group members and thus receive the emotional company. Then, he/she eagers to succede to achive a reputation and respect in the groups. And at last, the human's goal is to supercede one's own ability and the achievements by the former people to make oneself to be the unique in the contemporary world and in the history. Even though the education could not provide all this possibilities and opportunities for the social members, but it is its goal to teach them the methods to achieve this goal and
make them realize the real meaning of life.
Therefore, I agree with the view that students should be provided the basical curriculum in the primary shools. Common sense tells us that a person could not live in the world without basic living skills and effective communication skills. Basic living skills teach people how to receive basic living materials, such as foods, water, and so forth,especially in the limited environment. We can still remember that in a famous novel how a person lives in an isolated island with his a few knowledges about living in fields. If the education did not tell him that, he would never know the methods to live in the world totally different from his former one and thus the only results for him is to die. Also, the communication skills play an indispensible role in the contemporary society, since the only way to success is to cooperation. If someone does not lead an effective communication, then the cooperation and information are difficult to be valid. Thus, some basic living skills should be cultivated in the similar way by the education in people's early age.

However, after someone forms his/her own interests and goals in life, the society should provide them the special and unique education to help them go for their dreams. Once person reach an acem which means that they could improve the develop one specific, they should have enough space to develop their potentials. For example, when Bill Gates achieve sufficient knowledge and desiration to develop his own enterprise, he left Harvard and invented the fabulous Microsoft Company and thus became the hero in extending personal computer to every home.
In sum, the goal of education is to help me be adapt to the world and themselves. Thus, the education should provide the basic knowledge in their early age and give them enough spaces to achieve their own interests and goals in their later life.
