The speaker asserts that the depth of knowledge we gain from the books is richer and richer then what can be learned from direct experience.Adimitedly,the kowledge we learn from the books is much various and colorful,which can help us solve the problem we are faced.On the other hand,we should practice more and more,ensuring that combine academic knowledge with direct experience.In this method,we may approach the ultimately success.

I agree with the fundermental statement with the speaker is that various books can provide us rich knowledge which we can not imagine.As is known to all,we have the different subjects in the broad knowledge,including the science,social philosophy and so on. Moreover,different knowledge supply the chance that people can choose the special subject they are interested in,for they may control the special technology and have a contribution to this area.This is the common reason why we have all sorts of great specialists we admired.At the same time,we also have the generalists in our society,they promote the big progress in the different areas.This is the advantage of the various and rich knowledge that the society gain the benefit from it.

However,the knowledge we can know and learn is the product of the generations of scientists effort,It has the limit inevitably.The knowledge is the richest and broadest we agree,but in the today,the knowledge we search out to be theory is so little ones.So we have the necessity to gain the direct experience from the life and work.Some knowledge can not describe clearly in the books,which conduct us to learn in the real life.For example,in the 2008,I was very lucky to be a volunteer of the BEIJING Olympic Games, have learned a lot which I can not get in the books we have seen.The pracical work is filled with the challenge and chance that can help you got the direct experince in the every case.I think there are many people have the same feeling like me.They benefit a lot from the daily work and family life.

The direct experience teach us the morals and untheorical knowledge which is necessary for everyone. And at the same time,It can make up the lack of the academic knowledge.For instance,The morals formed in the social life through a long time,people always summarize the useful and essential ones to be the rules for the every social people . The social life is the basis of the morals,and the morals can be changed with the development of the society.So we can not use the depth of the knowledge to explain all the phenomena in our lives. After all,we need direct experience.

In sum,we should not only
control the fundermental knowledge from the all kinds of books,but also take practice in the society and realistic work to gain the direct experience.Without the elemental knowledge,we lack the basis of tools to explore the world which is necessary for every learner.Again,without direct experience,we can not take actions to use our intellect and knowledge to reach the goal we want.Thus,we must hold the basic and direct knowledge at the same time.

文章整体层次比较清楚，作者的意思很明确——书本知识固然重要，但是直接经验可以弥补书本知识的缺憾，但是论证略显单薄，文字表达也应加强，有些语法错误。另外，每个标点后面都应有一个小空格。
