17"There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."

Should we obey just laws and disobey even resist unjust laws as a sense of responsibility? Different person might hold respective views depending on their own experiences and believes.Accompanied by the speaker, some may answer yes as a response to this question. As for me , however, I am not fully consent to this viewpoint. Admittedly, just laws, should be followed without thinking, as they are the rules of the society. But the so called "unjust laws", under some conditions, should be followed as well.
  First of all, laws are the foundations of a stable society. It regulates a set of behaviour and puts them into practice with power and force . On the one hand, Ancient Greek philosopher,Aristole once said,"Law is order , and good law is good order." Apparently, if not  generally followed, the laws then become the invisible decoration, which resists  the original purpose of the laws. On the other hand, according to Rousseau,"In a democratic society the state represents the general will of the citizens and that in obeying its laws each citizen is pursuing his own real interests ". Thus the just laws can be regarded as the regulator  of people's daily lives.
  Secondly, there is no obvious definition of just laws and unjust laws. A law that is considered as a just one might be an unjust law in the viewpoint of others, because different grades of people may hold dissimilar standards of their lives. And the benefits that they pursue  are not identical , either.
As a consequence, divarication then arises. What's more, Thomas Jefferson, America president, told us that,"No society can make a perpetual constitution, or even a perpetual law". philosophy theory also writes that none is definite, and every thing is relative, and only when we put them in a basket, them we can find the discrimination.
   And last but not least, as to the so called"unjust laws", disobeying and resisting  prove to be  an irrational way to say "no" to them. In contrast, we  should adapt a certain friendly means to deal with them. publics are the majority of society, so when we all maintain some laws are unfair to us , we should take charge of the proper rights that are given to us to fight with them. However, the"fight" does not mean the "war","violence", and other illegal methods.Just think about Marthin Luther King. In his short life, Martin Luther King was instrumental in helping us realize and rectify those unspeakable flaws which were tarnishing the name of America. In those days American Negros were confined to positions of second class citizenship by restrictive laws and customs. To break these laws would mean subjugation and humiliation by the police and the legal system. Subjugation, imprisonment and sometimes death were waiting for those who defied the System. His campaign was"none violence", and his famous speech"I have a dream " played a significant role in fighting against those unjust laws.

To sum up , how to deal with just laws and unjust laws remains a complex issue, requiring subjective judgement and careful analysis to evaluate.thousand people might hold one thousand opinions concerning their experiences, believes, emotional concerns, and backgrounds. According to me, just laws should be followed without consideration. and as for the "unjust" ones, we should take some friendly measures to fight with them until they are perfected by relevant institutions.

3.如果认为有"unjust law",不是“disobey and resist”,而应改使用民主赋予的权利要求,通过合法的程序推翻它;
