I am now in Missouri, F2,
will go to Indianna which full assitantship.
Anybosy know which center should I go?

seems that both states belong to the service area covered by Nebraska center. You may click the link to see details.

state:       District Office Sub Office    Service Center  Asylum  Application  Asylum Office
Missouri Kansas City    St. Louis       Nebraska          Nebraska                   Chicago
Indiana    Chicago          Indianapolis  Nebraska          Nebraska                   Chicago

So I should GO to the Servis Center when handling F2->F1??

yes, i think in your case, the better option for you is to go to Mexico as you have got full financial package.

ACTUALLY my case is a little complicated---
1--- I quited my PhD in Europe then come to USA,
2--- I entered USA with the F2 visa obtained from Europe.
3--- Major is a little sensitive,analytical chemistry.

I am not sure whether I should go mexico or not.seems high risky.
mind telling me your opinion?

or maybe you could post your question in the overseas board of bbs.mit.edu.

Filing with NB is safer, but it takes a very long time. Actually, it is still dealing with cases left from last December.

move to northeast area, file your I539 to Vermond, then move back.
