With the rapid development of economy and increasingly growing of different kinds of medium, advertising is now taking a more and more important part in the customers market. A great number of people question, when nowadays advertisements appear much more than in the past, whether advertising is a waste of time and money or not because customers already know what they want. As far as i concern, advertisements do have a lot of advantages for customers as well as some disadvantages, so maybe i don't think that it is a waste of time and money.

First of all, advertisements of new products in the market can provide customers more options, after all customers are limited in the brands especially when new products are sold in markets every single day. Advertisements are second to none in introducing a bright new commodity for they can be watched on TV, heard through radio, and scanned on the internet website. At the same time, good advertisements can also show audience core value and progress of development, which has a significant influence on customers when they choose what to purchase.

Besides, as we all know, in modern times advertisements are made carefully, creatively and beautifully so as to make customers feel relax and joyful when watching. What's more, some episodes of the advertisements ever serve reasonably as unique epics in citizen's daily lives. These classic advertisements become a dispensable part in customers’ and audience’s minds and are also funny topics between friends’ talk. On the other hand, public service advertisements are constantly appearing in audience's sight for the reason that they don't go for profits rather than drawing audience's attention on the heated problems existed in the society. These advertisements advocate goodwill and kindness, which contributes to the harmony and stability of the society. So from this prospective, advertisements are not a waste of time and money.

Nevertheless, we can't deny the fact that there are still some false advertisements treating customers such as medical services or unhealthy food, which lead to an extremely serious effect on the customers. These kinds of advertisements not only cross the legal line but also spilt the whole advertising industry, which are absolutely a waste of time and money even the valuable resources of the society. In my opinion, these bad advertisements should be resisted and forbidden in order not to harm more innocent customers, and to perfect the whole industry.

According to what has analyzed above, we ought to treat advertising from a objective view, that is to admit the merits advertisements bring to us then make good use of it and to realize the truth of the false advertisements then avoid being cheated by them. Therefore, advertising isn't a waste of time and money if they can really benefit customers.

Educatorsand schools are often unpleased when their young students spend more timewatching movies and televisions than in the classroom and library, and regardthis as a waste of time as well as the behavior of laziness. To bring studentsback to the classroom and library, then a group of education people begin tocriticize that movies and television have so much negative effects that youngpeople should stay away from them. However, I take leave to doubt this argumentfor actually young people can learn a lot of things from good movies andtelevision. And I will explain my point of view from the following two sides.


To beginwith, all of us have to admit that movies and televisions do exert strongnegative influence on young people. For example, cartoons broadcasted everydayon TV station take too much time of the adolescents; junior and senior schoolstudents are keenly addicted to the idols in movies and series plays, whichlead them to an incorrect sense of value and unrealistic daydreams. Besidesthese, a new type of entertainment program that is extremely fashionablenowadays is TV show which gives anyone who wants to be a star a chance toperform and show himself/herself on the stage. All of these junk contents arereasons why young people gradually go further and further from the right lifeway. As for movies, violence, sex, and crimes are far more often appearing thanthat in the old days, which directly contribute to the increasingly criminalrate of adolescents and descent of the criminal age as well as that of thefirst sex experience.


Nevertheless,we should also see that young people do benefit a lot from movies andtelevision programs. Audience can be aware of what is happening all around theworld from the news and broaden horiz0ns and widen knowledge from thescientific program, which exactly matches to the idea of developing students ofdifferent abilities in modern times. Meanwhile, inspiration from a vividbiography movie is far more significant than one from an old heavy book fromthe library; as a result young people are indeed encouraged to work harder toachieve their dreams of success.



I'mfirmly convinced that the public and parents would be greatly surprised anddeeply touched if they realized how much these programs have on the youngpeople, and how many changes have happened through such medium. The only onething educators and parents should do is not to take movies and televisionsaway from children's lives, but to help get rid of those bad contents. Nowadays modern people are more and more oppressed by the bother from working when the population increases gradually, working environment worsens, and competitive pressures amplify intensely. As a result, a man has to spend so much time on dealing with all kinds of things related to the work that at the same time ignores the family carelessly. Moreover, they seldom realize that they did wrong. Actually family far more weights than the work.
Family is one of the key words of our lives. A man without a family, many of us believe, is an unfortunate victim of adverse circumstances, deprived of one of the greatest powerful support systems. Convinced of the importance of the family, some people state that one should never regard work more than the family. Let us guess what a person would be like without a family.
So much is certain: that he would grow up all the same—but his spiritual outlook would be different. He would lay less stress on ‘love and passion’ and more on selfishness, on struggling for a living without emotion. Virtually everyone has two types of families through the whole life: one is regarded as the child, and the other is regarded as a parent.
When we are young, our parents brought us up and family provides us with a growth environment whatever if it is stable, kind, or even unhealthy. It is family that makes us go to school, gives us chances to do what we want to do, which we can’t get access to these resources if without it.When we are old enough to be parents, on the other side, what we work hard for is to provide a better living condition for family, to make better education resources and environment for our kids. If a man spares no effort on working all out of love for the family, then makes the other family member feel alone, then little by little destroys the family, can he realize that he has brought this on himself. Usually disillusionment with the other partner, if there is always one person busy with work, is to some degree inevitable.
No matter what roles we play in the family, it is indispensible for us. Because of the family, we got work that we want, and then we work hard for our own family. All in all, we are living for a family.So, I will say that family is far more significant than work.
