我的理解原句是说religious sculpture 很难划分历史 因为他把古老的传统和后来宗教的图片以及建筑类的装饰融合了起来

tradition是主语，所以和development of RS不沾边。 而且，原文大概是说这种建筑传统几乎每个历史阶段都有，但它不容易被划分时代，因为它是通过后来的技术手段表现出的传统。（也就是说传统不随着技术变化而变化）

我个人做这类题目都是看原句跟回答是不是完全对应的~首先逻辑上要对应，然后句子主要想要表达的意思要正确、完整。根据OG，与被标识句子相矛盾；遗漏被标识句子中重要信息的都是错误的。

原句其实是说：制造具宗教意义雕塑的传统一直在历史中延续，但是不如石器、瓷器的制造传统那么明显，因为宗教雕塑把那些被埋藏的土质陶器制品的旧风俗与上面有着后来宗教的图画或者结构上的装饰结合在了一起。

lz选的答案主要的意思只有了后半句了~缺少了前半句的意思~
