Idon't know that whether it is lucky or unlucky to live in the age ofglobalization and information, all of us face the competition from young to oldin school, company and society. In order to give their children a competitiveedge in this age of competition, many parents think it is necessary andessential for their children to study art, music, math, history and so on soforth. Some sociologist and psychologists regard it as an unwise opinion.However, I, from where I am stand and my own experience and knowledge, stronglyapprove the statement that children should learn music, art, math and scienceeven they are only five to ten years old.
  First and foremost, it is universallyacknowledge that it is necessary and essential for students to study art, history.On one hand, knowledge about arts and history can effectively elevate student'scultural awareness, such as their understanding of historical books, theirappreciation of ethnic handicrafts and their interesting of trans-culture, allof these will give a great deal of benefit for their preparation for thefuture. On other hand, reading novels, watching drama and memorizing poetrytend to make them more reflective, and auditioning for a school concert maywell give children fresh means of self-expression. Moreover, art classes canimprove the emotional state for children as they offer creative outlets fortheir stress, energy, tension or even aggressiveness.
   In the second place, studying math languageand science may also give children a lot of benefit. Answering difficult mathquestion and doing some chemical experiment undisputedly promote the ability ofchildren. For instance, doing chemical experiment can train students’ eye-handcoordination ability, which can be really useful for careers as medicalprofessions. Reading math books and deal with math problems can enhance thecooperation between the left brain and right brain, thereby enabling childrento come up with more creative solutions when in adversity. It is obviously thatif children can do well in math language, he or she will get more opportunityto apply a better school or get a good job in the future.
   In the end, some people may argue that theburden of children is so heavy, and it may have negative impacts on children ordestroy the children to some extent. They also emphasize that children need torest and relax themselves and it is unfair for students to learning so manysubjects, children are the hope of country not the studying machine. However,as the competition is highly emphasized in modern society, if children want tohave a better life, there is no choice but to studying hard in art, science andmath. Only in this way can children catch up with others.
   To conclusion, in spite of somedisadvantages of children studying so many subjects such as the heavy burden onchildren shoulder and seldom sleeping time, it will, undoubtedly, exert manyfavorable effects on children. In other words, it merits outweigh demerits.Hence, I can not agree the statement Younger school children should be requireto studying art and music addition to math language science and history anymore.

It is common that students may stick in the dilemma that whether choose a job with more vacation or a high-pay job but less vacation when they looking for job. It is really a harder question, I, from where i stand and my own knowledge, strongly hold the opinion that people should choose the job with more vacation so that they have opportunities to relax themselves by doing many things they like, and keep in good health.
    First and foremost, as we enter the age of competition, everyone live in the fast pace way, it is hard to many people have time to do things they like such as surfing, shopping and travelling. Men are not created to work as the working machine. On the contrary, they need relaxation and entertainment when working in a long period of time. However, just imagine people who choose the more vacation job, he or she can travel foreign countries to see the fantastic scenery or watch interesting films with his/her friends, participating in a party to make some new friends, those can improve the emotional state of people as they offer useful outlets for their pressure and tense. Moreover, Choosing an relevant less burden job means you have more time to playing with family members, which will give a great deal of benefit for you future.
    In the second place, people who have the job of more vacation are more likely to harden their body regularly due to large amount of time. For the purpose of making more money, some people diminish individual’s leisure time, thus, they need to sitting in the office or staring at the computer screen for a long time, which is greatly harm their body health. It is universally acknowledged that Insomnia and Sub-health are very popular in the white-collar. However, if people take a more vacation job, the situation is simply changed. He will have time to go the gym frequently, or playing football or basketball with your friends, hence, he can not only enjoy himself, but also build up his health. So it is no wonder that many people leave their high-pay job in order to achieving and maintaining physical and mental well-being.
    In the end, some people may argue that people who have the job with more vacation undoubtedly mean they cannot make enough money to support their family. In modern society, the effect of money is highly emphasized, hence, people can do nothing without money. However, form my own perspective, choosing the job with more vacation does not means you have little money, for you can doing other business in your leisure time, there are so many ways to make money, for instance, after people travelling to foreign country, he can make money by send some travel notes to the magazine or take some souvenir to home for selling, thereby the question can be easily solved.    In summary, In spite of some disadvantages of choosing a job with more vacation such as the little pay, it will, undisputedly, exert many favorable impacts, In other words, it's merits outweighs demerits due to the enjoyment people have, highly efficiency they receive, and good health condition. So it’s hard to overstate the significance of taking job with more leisure time.
